Usually get good service from that location depending on who is behind the counter but last time I was there I was completely dissatisfied. I can never understand when you make a reservation more than a month in advance and when you go t pick up the vehicle, they don't have the make and model you requested and to make matter worse they put you in a filthy vehicle. Very nasty. I know you guys can do better

I recently rented a car for a long trip. My scheduled pickup was at 8:30 AM, but I arrived around 8:45 AM. There were three people ahead of me, and while they received their vehicles without issue, when it was finally my turn, they didn’t have the vehicle I had reserved available.
The staff offered to upgrade me to another vehicle, but it was less fuel-efficient, which wasn’t ideal for my plans. After about an hour and a half of waiting, they were able to provide a different vehicle that was much better on gas.
Despite the initial inconvenience, I appreciated the efforts of the staff. They went above and beyond, even checking on the status of the vehicle twice to minimize my wait. Additionally, they offered an additional discount due to the delay, which I really appreciated. Thank you Emily.
Overall, while the process was a bit rocky at first, their commitment to customer service made a positive difference.

I can’t say enough good things about the outstanding service we received from John and Emily at the Enterprise location in Harriman, NY. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
We had a minor issue with the first car we rented, but they handled it with such efficiency and care. Without hesitation, they quickly swapped it out for another vehicle and had us back on the road in no time. Their positive attitude and dedication to making things right truly went above and beyond expectations.
It’s rare to find such genuinely great people who are not only excellent at what they do but who also make you feel like a valued customer. John and Emily turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience.

Would not recommend needed to rent a car after a car accident my insurance pays 80% and set up the reservation went to get the car and they require a $300 deposit that was not disclosed by enterprise when i was even on the phone with her. I found this out after going there the lady was nasty about it with no sympathy Do not go to their Harriman ny location on 17 m. I am with out a car now

I’m set to get married Wednesday morning I rented this nice bmw to ensure my wife’s great memories for the big day on my way home from nyc the tire blew out fully to ware there was a huge hole I was forced to pullover first chance I had coming down bear mt so I parked the car every tow truck was 90 minutes away after driving 2 hrs in traffic from Long Island ny I didn’t an couldn’t wait that long so they sent me to this location via Uber when I get there I explained My situation the employe stated he has the car I need but can’t help me because he has potential customers coming it was 11:10 they close at 12 an even stated he only had 1 confirmation from the 6 people that had reservations so me the customer in need that’s there that has already paid he said he can’t help me even though he had 6 available cars so I had to get another Uber to another location an see if they can help he stated he don’t have the time to call them an help me so I had to re call the road side support for the 11th time knowing how long it takes around closing time after already waiting for hrs I got another Uber to another location 30 minutes even farther away an I was forced to take a ugly Volvo for my wedding weekend which has no floor mats front or back the windows have black tar looking paint on them an there so slow to roll up an down because of it horrible horrendous terrible day an weekend now stuck with this car that I did not want to pay for at all

Great experience! They upgraded me to an SUV for no extra charge. Loved it and did not want to give it back! Fast, efficient service! I would just say they need to do better job cleaning up around the front of building after a snow/ice storm. Having only one leg, I feared for my life getting into the building.

The guys at the Harriman office always professional, and helpful. It speaks volume when people would Rather drive father then need be to get good customer service. I will continue to use the Harriman office.
