The local workers are good ,they are very helpful. Thanks Greg and his supervisor. I wrote all words for Frontier customer service. they are the worst customer service people in this world for me. I got one month TV and Internet service from Frontier company. it's around $55.00.they give me a bill is $127.33, include phone service and $32.38 late fee. I called the customer service many times , I told them the bill is wrong, every time we talked over 1hour then they hung up my phone.when I called back , different person answered the phone,and ask me the same questions. The same thing happened again, again.Total I used over 7 hours to tell them my bill was wrong. They said they will check ,they said they will change my bill,they said I have to pay the bill, they said I can pay $81.00.Every time they told me something is different. I tried to talk to their supervisor.. customer service person told me:my supervisors don't want to talk to you . They sent the wrong bill to me again again.they wanted to charge $32.38 late fee. They told me if I don't pay the bill they will report information about my account to credit bureaus. The local supervisor helped me,he called his company,he told them I didn't apply phone service.my bill was wrong. I closed my account, I payed $55.00. Form February to May,this thing bother me a lot.it is not about money,After-sale service a company can be the touchstone of integrity and quality. Frontier is worst customer service for me .
