“Great experience working with the team here! They're always helpful, friendly, and make the whole process easy, from checking in to answering questions about units. Highly recommend if you need storage — solid service every time.”
“We had a wonderful experience signing up for our storage unit. Cary helped us by showing us the unit we were interested in, and answered all of our questions honestly and kindly! We feel so comfortable leaving our valued items with Jamie and Cary at ExtraSpace Storage in Chester!”
“Arrived near closing time and Mike helped me right away showed me units available and their size difference was in and out and storing my items within minutes really appreciated the explanation of how the storage process work since this was the first time I ever used this kind of service.”
“I highly recommend this store. The customer service provided by Mr. Steve was extremely exceptional. I am very pleased. I had gone to another storage facility but I am choosing Exta Space because they exceeded my expectations. Thank you!”
“Locking key storage facility is the greatest had been storing my home furnishings would lock and key for over 20 years I have two storage units and it’s the greatest so if you need a place to store household items or just to unclutter your home lock and key storage is the place to go I wouldn’t trust my belongings anywhere‘s else except for their you have 24 hour access to your storage unit they have cameras for security it’s well lit at night if you have to get into your unit. The owners make sure you have access to your unit in the winter they keep it well plowed it never floods the sheds never leak I would recommend anyone who ever needed to store anything to store it at lock and key the owners treat your belongings like they are they are own. What’s really great is if you let them know what size room you need to store they always know the correct size shed to rent to you. So if you need somewhere‘s to store your belongings I highly recommend Lock & Key Storage the owners are great and the price is right they treat their clients as though they are family???☺️”
