Terrible customer service!! Off the bat (and when I should’ve walked out) first associate (the other was in the back and didn’t surface for first 20 mins of wait time) never picked up his head to greet or say one word (like, I’ll be with you shortly) . I just needed to purchase one piece of a charger that no longer is provided with purchase of a new phone (way to go Apple!) and after he took another customer ahead of me, which understandably pissed me off (but learned after I said something, that she had been there earlier and had to come back) I waited another 20 minutes. When he finally got around to helping me I told him I just need the charger piece so I can charge my new phone. He then proceeded to “tell me what I needed” instead and tried to upsell me on all of the accessories. I was trying to stay in Grace, but this guy was not making it easy. The stock on the items were limited and the accessories had no packaging labels and were thrown around in baggies. When he finally “heard me” he rang me up he did not apply my official AT&T office discount. I took my charger (which was not packaged or in a bag) asked for a receipt, and left. He said he would text the receipt…which I never got! This place should be shut down. Shame on AT&T!

These people have no sense of client service whatsoever. Totally ignored. I waited a long time while one and then two employees were helping someone who had been there twice that day and they couldn’t even fix the problem they were dealing with. No idea why anybody would go to this store.

this location is absolutely horrible. I have to return my old iphone and the man who works here told me specifically to come back and get a receipt. so I did just that, a different person was working and didn't know how to make a receipt, he wanted to just write it out on computer paper. I didn't think that was legit so I said I'll come back the next day. I came back at 10 AM when they said they would open and they were closed. I waited until 1040 until I left. So I came back the next day at 11 AM to return the phone. once again, the store was closed but the lights off and they were supposed to be open at 10 AM. The door says it and so does online. I only have 14 days to return my phone and now I'm on day 12 or else I will get charged. I have wasted several hours trying to do this. I will never come back to the store again and considering changing from AT&T.

BEWARE! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
This store accepted a trade in and never sent the phone in, so I was never able to receive credit for the trade in. They never provided a receipt or sent an email with my contract.
It was later found that a purchase of an Apple Watch was made on my account, which I never asked for and I’ve been payment for this device ever since.
Please read all the bad reviews and avoid this store at all costs.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Went to purchase a mobile phone and was constantly asked if I wanted to be upsold and buy a new, more expensive model despite know what I wanted. After deciding on a phone I was upsold on protectors and cases despite not needing any. I took the phone home and attempted to set it up myself (despite still being charged an "activation fee") and it did not work.I was in and out of the store for 2 or more hours attempting to get it to work and once we had finally found a work around, in which I needed to restart the phone, unlock it, turn it into airplane mode, turn it off, then turn it back on, then turn off airplane mode, I decided that was more effort than it was worth and attempted to return the phone.Upon attempting to return the phone I was given a list of things I would not be able to be refunded for: the "activation charge" and an attached protector for the screen. On a total of 295$ I was refunded 199$. I payed 100$ to have my time wasted for an entire morning.I cannot stress enough how much I DO NOT recommend you shop here or at AT&T in general.

They never provided a receipt or sent an email as they stated they would, so I have no way of getting the trade in value.It was later found that the phone had after trade in been associated to another account.Also they lied about the trading , instead my bill went up twice.Avoid this store at all costs. AT&T should do something about this store.( should read all the bad reviews before going to this store, never again!)

Would highly recommend this ATT&T store. Ron and Danny were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very helpful regarding the purchase of a new phone upgrade.

1star is to good. Horrible customer service, the guy didn't even get off the phone while he "helped" me. He then told me that a phone I brought in for diagnostics was broken, which my senior citizen neighbor (who is admittedly not very tech savvy) fixed in 5seconds. Place is a joke

This store truly stands out from the pack. The people are not only friendly and courteous, they are absolute masters at what they do. I recommend them most highly. I am very satisfied and have been a customer for 20+ years. I go no where else.

They never provided a receipt or sent an email as they stated they would, so I have no way of getting the trade in value.It was later found that the phone had after trade in been associated to another account.This store also made 2 additional fraudulent charges to the card I used that day, while I was able to successfully dispute those charges, I am still out almost a thousand dollars.Avoid this store at all costs. AT&T should pull their account.

Representative was prompt and knowledgeable and when unable to complete a task received help in a timely fashion from other representative in the store. Visit was smooth and got everything accomplished in one visit

I usually don’t write poor reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary to warn others of how I got ripped off by this dealership. I originally went in because I was having some difficulty getting service out of state and I was about to go on a trip to Florida and didn’t want to have any issues. I was told by “Danny” it was because I had an older phone ( I phone 7) and I needed a newer phone to be sure to get out of state service (lie). He talked me into an iPhone 11 which was on sale, saying he could also save me $10 a month for a new plan that was comparable to the one I had. He then said I needed a new charger because my iPhone 7 charger wouldn’t fit my new phone ( lie). Then he asked me if I wanted a case and I told him I would prefer to get an otter box. He told me they don’t make Otterbox cases for the newer iPhone ( lie). He then sold me a cheap plastic case ($40!!) with nothing to protect the screen. He said I would need a tempered glass screen protector which he put on ($40 more!). I wound up spending another $131.00 on these accessories all based on lies. I walked outside and saw the receipt he emailed me. I immediately went back in and told him I would keep the charger but not the case or glass. He would not take it back even though no more than 2minutes had passed since I left the store. I was annoyed but went on my way. Then, he told me to come back today so he can get me on the cheaper plan- I had to wait for the new billing cycle. Then I found out the cheaper plan was not comparable ( included only 1/2 the data of my current plan). Why was I not surprised??? Please stay away from this dealership! They are liars and thieves and take advantage of those of us who are not tech savvy. I plan to follow up with AT&T and the BBB.

This guy took my information wrote it down and haven't followup with me like almost a month. I called to checkup and the guy asked me for my information again and spelling he had misplaced it. I was waiting to buy 2 cellphones and still I have nothing.
