Steve worked with me to make sure we left with a good car for my daughter. She just had to have a Beetle. I was not close to the him so he made sure all my paperwork was in order to avoid multiple trips. He didn’t try to add on crazy hidden fees like some dealers I dealt with.

Typical used car salesmen. 0 should be an option. Steve was recommended by my daughter and I was immediately taken advantage of as I was desperate for a car. He tried to show me that someone else had applied for financing the car but backed out. The day i was supposed to pick up the2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid he called and said a hybrid light came on and he had to order a part. Took 2 weeks to get the part. When I did pick up the car it broke down 2 days later. I've put in over 5k and now have to junk it. Let's just say it's been a nightmare. You wanted nothing to do with it afterwards. Your going to come back with a slick answer because that's what you do !!!

After shopping around at a few dealerships I was having a really hard time finding an honest salesman who didn’t give you one price on the phone and another in person. I called Steve at Better Wheels to inquire about a used Honda Accord and he told me the price I see is the price I get and he was being truthful. He made the process of buying a car as painless and simple as possible. He had the car washed up for me and pulled out front. He even called later in the week to check in and see if I was happy with my car. Which I am. I got it checked out by my mechanic shortly after purchasing it, and he informed me I bought a good car at a fair price. I’m grateful there are still good guys out there doing honest business and I’m very happy with my new car!

A completely positive experience. Always helpful. When you need a used car at or good price or you need any help with your car it’s a great place to stop and look at a good selection of cars .

Owner Steven has no respect for new clients with questions. He was not patient and will scam you of your time and money. I should’ve read the negative reviews before coming here. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.
