This is the worst experience I ever had. The teller is very unprofessional with rude attitude. She definitely needs some additional training on her daily routine jobs. I often taking checks to deposit at the beach occasionally with some foreign checks. There is one check that she only tried once and said “the system CAN’T take it”!. It’s clearly she doesn’t know how to process it and she give me an attitude. At the minute I knew it she doesn’t know because I’ve been there many times. Sometimes it’s okay to say things that we don’t know and need others help that’s totally acceptable. This teller definitely need more professional training and the willingness to learn instead of yelling at the customer that the system is not taking it!

Ulrich was great, but Marisol(?) one of the tellers was very rude and blatantly rolled her eyes when I asked her to replace a ripped bill that I received from their branch ATM. Not my fault that your chase branch gave me a ripped bill.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a bank. I was made to feel as though I was thief and presented them with a fraudulent check. The woman with short hair wearing black was extremely rude and continuously questioned me about my check which btw was issued by a SUNY college and Chase bank. The woman even had the audacity to ask me why didn’t I cash the check at my bank instead? Then when she realized her mistake her demeanor quickly changed. Just overall horrible customer service! I would never consider opening up any type of account with chase just off this encounter alone.

I went in for a bank letter and was sat with Mr. Ulrich Kahlow. I live in Miami and was in NY for an alumni game when we got the news that we needed the bank letters. Coming from a banking background I can imagine how it might have sounded at first, but Mr. Kahlow was very helpful and he was able to help my girlfriend and I with the bank letters we needed. He also answered some questions I had about IRA accounts and even gave me instructions on how to go about opening one through the online banking. At a Miami branch (37th ave & Flagler) I had asked the same question and was told that Chase took out IRA account, leading me to open an account with TD Ameritrade. Thanks to Mr. Kahlow's exceptional customer service and willingness to help I will be transferring that account to Chase. If you have any questions and Mr. Ulrich Kahlow is available, go with him. You will leave satisfied with his professionalism and eagerness to help.

The old man staff mentioned in the previous review was super welcoming and helpful, and willing to stay afterhours just to open my account. Would give more stars if I could.

would give a negative point if i can. the old man staff who is supposed to take care of personal bussiness knows nothing about chase business and rules. Totally waste of time,effort and respect for JP Morgan. Avoid this chase branch if he is still there.
