Stopped by to get materials for a bathroom renovation. We walked in without an appointment and Robert came up to show us some options. He was upfront on timing whether the materials we chose were in stock or not. Nicolette was helpful in the purchase of materials and was very responsive in email communication. I’d suggest making an appointment if using the showroom but otherwise great experience and I’d go again.

The Harrison store is the place to go. I bought my bathroom tiles, my basement tiles and the fireplace and exterior walls tiles from here. The quality is great.Ask for Nikky at the front desk, she is very knowledgeable, friendly and makes dreams become reality. Nikky and all the staff makes you feel like family !

I stopped by here before work one day to pick up some materials for my kitchen backsplash and met with Robert, Joe and Nicolette in the front. They helped me out so much and were super professional and nice. They made such a stressful decision feel so easy. After I checked out with them, I picked up at the warehouse and it was already waiting for me to come and get it. Amazing experience, would definitely come back!

This Daltile is amazing! My contractor sent me over and I worked with the Manager Rob. Let me just say, this man is knowledgeable about everything. He took the time to explain things in detail. Will be coming back here for my next project!

Sarah was a great help to me during the pandemic helping me in selecting tile and getting it delivered. We were building a new house which needed a lot of tile and we are in a remote location in upstate NY. Everything about Daltile was very prompt and professional.

Susan the in house designer was great!!! Gave us some great ideas and recommended tiles we haven't given thought to. She gave us samples to try and was very helpful throughout the process!!

I prefer to go to the Harrison NY location.Ivan is an amazing salesman: Knowledgeable and Prompt (and so is the owner/manager). Very helpful and kind.I buy the laticrete, their metro tile for grwat lead time and availabitly.

Sales people are rude. If you're not dressed well, they treat you like you can't afford to shop there.....second time this has happened to me, and I've made significant purchases in the past.
