Very unprofessional, he doesn't like to pack the items, he likes to throw away the articles, talking badly to the client, mainly me, I'm 72 years old and I've been coming here for a long time and no one missed me about it in this place, I talked to the managers but apparently they don't take actions with this person that I'm still missing in this regard and I publish this because they don't take actions and I feel very terrified of this employee, his name is (NINA)

I’ve been shopping at this store since it opened 10 years ago. After a long 12-hour shift in the ER, I went in for my usual morning coffee. The staff member, Tash (black woman with long braided hair) whom I hadn’t seen before, told me to order from a different spot, which was new to me. She was so unfriendly and full of attitude. After I ordered, I didn’t hear her say my coffee was ready, so it sat there and got cold. When I asked, she said she called me once but that’s it. And that I shouldn’t be on my phone when waiting for my coffee. According to her, using a phone at DeCicco’s is not allowed and staff don’t need to tell customers more than once. Her rude attitude and poor service were disappointing. I really hope I don’t have to deal with this kind of behaviour again.

I bought chicken and apple sausage by mistake and asked to return it for regular sausage. I was told that would be ok but the manager had to publicly shame me by asking me if I knew he would have to throw it away. Of course I told him I would keep the chicken and apple sausage and returned to my car. With the rampant OVERPRICING ON EVERYTHING, the least this store can do is treat their customers with respect. Disgraceful, shame on you.

We went to buy a sandwich and it took like 10 minutes just to wrap. Also we wanted to buy ice but there was no ice machine. Very bad experience 🤮

Great local specialty grocer. Bakery, butcher, fish monger, deli, sushi. Everything so fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed fresh made meatballs and everything needed to host a football watching day after Thanksgiving.
