Working with Lynn has been incredibly difficult. In the beginning she made many promises from promising a thoroughly written report to advocating for my daughter if and when necessary. It's been four months since we started working with Lynn and I have not seen a report nor was I able to schedule a meeting with our school because of Lynn's inability to tell me when she'll be ready. She collected full payment, then promised the report would be ready in September, then October and now we are in November. I doubt that I will ever see any work from Lynn.Lynn has given me so many excuses why she can't complete her work. From family matters to lack of electricity, problems with the internet and others. She also said she didn't see some of my emails and didn't call me or my husband back when we tried calling. My family has been more than understanding, but we can't sit back anymore to wait. We have no other choice but to start a full evaluation over with another professional. I will be looking for a psychologist who can complete a neuro-psycholocical evaluation. Neuro-psycholocial evaluation will determine if my child has dyslexia.I feel terrible for my child who has been patiently waiting, but she has a full understanding of her disability. Lynn not only made promises to me but also to my child who now is very anxious about the accommodations that she needs.I will be asking for a full refund.UPDATE:We received the report after we posted the review. At this point my daughter missed out on any SAT and PSAT accommodations. She was unable to finish the exam because of her disability and Lynn's late return on her work didn't help her at all. I'm keeping my review as is because everything I wrote is true. Lynn's unreasonable timing, lack of communication, and overall poor performance on the advertised promises are unacceptable.

Lynn ’s diagnostic testing and advocacy services are the best! She thoroughly understands dyslexia and can answer any question you ask her. She also knows the educational programs that work for a dyslexic student and those that do not. Lynn is a conscientious, compassionate professional who works 24/7 to help her clients.

Lynn is nothing but a scammer. She took my money in Jan. Did the testing and didn’t even hand a report in. Nothing she didn’t show up to the iep meeting and if I try to speak with her she calls Me a bully and that Im harassing her. Taking her to court for legal actions since she didn’t keep up her part of the contracts. Parents be warned. I fell for her reviews and trust me she doesn’t live up to expectations. She also showed up late to every meeting we had.Update as of 04/24/2023.Court saw in my favor. Becareful with herUpdate of of 08/26/2023She has yet to pay. Further actions have been processed.

Lynn did a thorough, rigorous job determining a proper evaluation of my dyslexia, and as a result changed my life professionally and personally. As an adult dyslexic I can say that she gave me not only the hope and encouragement necessary to succeed, but also the practical materials necessary for me to move forward and protect my rights and interests. I highly recommend seeking her out if have you never received an assessment before.

We have been working with Lynn for over a year now, and am so grateful to have found her! She was able to properly diagnose and tutor my son in a way that his school cannot. He is making great progress and I can say that Lynn goes above and beyond for her clients!

Lynn Dalton is caring, knowledgeable and dedicated! For those who are dealing with the challenges that dyslexia presents, she is an inspiration. I know. I am dyslexic myself. Thank you Lynn, for showing me that anything can be fixed when you have the right tools. And please, keep up the good work!

I have to say, Lynn knows her stuff and gets results. She offers a powerful combination of dyslexia expertise with special ed advocacy skills. She knows exactly what constitutes an appropriate IEP for a dyslexic student and helps fight for it and other accommodations.
