I don’t get manicures often, but when I do, this is my go-to place. It’s extremely clean, and the owner and her staff are beyond professional and friendly. I keep my nails short and Kiwi always does an amazing job on my manicures. I highly recommend Kiwi Nail Salon!

I have been going to this nail salon for more than two years now. Even tho I leave in the Bronx, I don't mind driving to this place. They are all very good at what they do, but I got stuck with Karman for the past six months. I just fell in love with the way she works and with her personality. She is just what I always was looking for and more.

I can't say enough amazing things about this salon. I've tried dozens of nail salons in Westchester, Greenwich, etc. and this is the only place that has ever consistently had my nails looking beautiful every single time. I always get french with dip powder and they very very rarely break or even crack, which has never happened for me at any other salon. During the semester, I genuinely drive 3.5 hours from school every month to come home and get my nails done. The prices are good and the nail techs are so accommodating, efficient, and pay such close attention to detail. Every friend I have brought here has agreed that it is the best their nails have ever looked.

I was overcharged. My cousin booked an appointment for the both us while I was in town visiting. This has been her go to salon for years. I quietly mentioned to my manicurist that I wanted to pay for my cousins nails as well. She yelled out to my cousins manicurist, assuming to mention my intentions in their language. The other manicurist laughed and said it's 100 dollars for her service. I laughed in disbelief bc I never get any of the fancy services. But I wanted to treat her so I didn't mind. HOWEVER, it wasn't so funny when we left and my cousin gasped at the idea that her nails were 100 dollars on top of mine for 20 plus tip. Keep in mind she's been coming here for years, and said she's never been charged that. F them for taking advantage of someone's kindness.

I tested out a few salons in the area before finding my favorite, Kiwi Nails! They are always very sweet. I appreciate how they honor appointment times and aren’t too pushy about upgrading services.

I have been going to Kiwi Nails for about a year. In the beginning it was just for pedicures…and they do great pedicures that last longer than most other places I’ve been to. I never got manicures because I am so tough on my nails and didn’t see the point! But I do feel better when I have nice nails, so I started getting powder manicures over the summer and I love them! I can go a full 3 weeks before having them redone. (probably longer if the grow out didn’t annoy me!) I typically have Tracy do it and she is awesome! But I’ve had other techs too and they do a really nice job as well. I’ve learned that if I’m not happy with the look/shape/thickness I need to speak up and they are always receptive. Everyone who works there is friendly and kind and the place is clean. I feel like this place is a hidden gem. Once you find a good nail salon, you hold onto it!

Were nice until they realized I just wanted my acrylics taken off. Tracy wanted me to get a polish to harden my nails and I said no thank you as I was getting acrylics tomorrow. She immediately said “you know they can take it off for you” referring to my nail salon. I stated I know but three nails fell off and I have to go to work before my appointment. She immediately got up and said someone else will finish it. Eva completed my “manicure” within 3-5 minutes. They knew I was coming in for a manicure, no polish as I called before coming in. She attempted to put the hardening nail polish on me and I said no thank you explaining that I would be putting acrylics on tomorrow and she responded “1 day?” Referring to not having nails on.
I still paid $25 and tipped Eva $10 because I was willing to pay full for everything even though I was not getting the full service. They were very surprised and rude for people that received a call explaining exactly what I needed/wanted done.
What they failed to realize is that I work very close by and was going to become a regular customer for pedicures. Due to the way they treated me I will never return and will also tell all my colleagues of my negative experience, especially with Tracy.

Walked into the store for first time and had great customer service, got greeted and immediately got seated and was asked what I would like today. Had a few small talk and got to know my nail technician and overall had An amazing time. The interior looks clean and relatively new as well as plenty of precautions to make me feel safe. Overall a pretty good experience and I would recommend it for those who are looking for a nail salon.

My son's girlfriend recommended this salon. She stated the powdered gel manicure had lasted a long time and the salon staff were very nice. She was right. Very happy I tried them and have been going there ever since.

Horrible customer service! I have had dip powder manicure done here yesterday and I have asked my nail technician Eva to please clean under my nails. She just grabbed the clippers and started clipping the skin around my nails until I started bleeding. She never apologized for that and just started laughing!Service: Manicure
