“I highly recommend Harrison Flower Mart. They went above and beyond to make sure the flowers I ordered made it to the recipient. She was not home at the time of delivery and was unreachable. Not only did Joe of Harrison Flower Mart communicate with me every step of the way, but he made sure she received her flowers. And the flowers were exactly as they were pictured on the website.”

“Amazing selection of plants, and beautiful flowers of all types. Prices are fair (really, they could charge a lot more for the quality of plants!) and the owner was so kind! We'll definitely come back often to get more flowers to our yard and house. Highly recommend!”

“We had been purchasing our annuals from NSGC for years. We also had them replant the back and front plantings. Their plants, shrubs and trees always flourish. We love the redesigned backyard. Joe, Dom and all the staff at the nursery are wonderful. Here’s a pic of their design and the annuals we purchase every year.”

“I’ve had such great experiences with White Plains Orchid. We are so lucky to have an orchid nursery like this right here in Westchester. The owner is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and generous with their time. The selection is excellent, the prices are very reasonable, and the orchids are truly high quality. Every orchid I have purchased has been beautiful and long lasting, and I always get compliments on them. I highly recommend this nursery.”

“⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We had an incredible experience with Bed of Roses as our wedding florist!! From start to finish, Carls attention to detail was outstanding, and his communication was thorough, clear, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. The centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous, and the floral arches were truly stunning, they exceeded our expectations and brought our vision to life beautifully. My bouquet was especially breathtaking, with rich, vibrant colors that perfectly captured the feel of an October wedding. The silk floral wall was also perfect for our sweetheart table backdrop. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality and care he provides. Carl was friendly, professional, and a genuine pleasure to work with. We couldn’t recommend Bed of Roses more!”

“Another great plant nursery find! I have passed by this place so many times and never stopped in until last week, and I am so glad I finally did. I was very surprised by the huge selection of plants and vegetable starters they carry. I was able to pick up cucumber plants, tomatoes, herbs, and even flower plants to help with natural pest control in my garden. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the best time to start planting vegetables. I never knew that planting around Mother’s Day or the week after is ideal because the ground temperatures should be around 50 degrees or higher for vegetables to thrive. That information alone was so helpful for a beginner gardener like me. Their prices are also much better compared to many other places because they grow their own plants instead of purchasing them from third parties. The nursery offers free parking and accepts both cash and credit cards, which makes shopping there very convenient. There is always someone to help you get your plants if you are not able to bend. I do wish they carried more garden gadgets and equipment to truly make it a one-stop shop, but if you are looking for great deals on healthy flower and vegetable plants, this is definitely the place for you. Highly recommend checking them out for quality plants, fair prices, and friendly guidance!”

“Needed a new service provider for my snowblower and was referred to Big Valley. They not only picked up, repaired, serviced and returned my snowblower -- they did it all in one day! That's the kind of service I respect and appreciate. Highly recommend!”

“I love this place for all of my gardening needs. The mulch i have purchased here is better quality and color than the mulch from nearby nurseries (i won't mention names.) I also purchased 2 7 gallon pinnacle hydrangeas and bloomed beautifully. The main guy there is very knowledgable. He has a hard job and runs the place nicely. I love how they help put everything in my car while helping my truck keep clean.”

975 Webster Avenue, New Rochelle NY 10804
“This is one of the best nurseries I’ve been to. I came here earlier looking for some Houseplants and they have a pretty big selection of plants. (succulents, crops like vegetables, shrubs etc.) Their succulent selection is really good and big, they have cacti and more. They even have Gardening tools, Garden Decor, pots and more. The staff was very helpful and kind to me and my family and open to helping us with any questions and recommendations for us. Prices were also very fair and great compared to other nurseries I’ve been to, and one of the most important parts is 99% of the plants are VERY healthy! I definitely recommend coming here if you love plants and I will be returning.”

“This is one of the greatest finds in Westchester--a family owned nursery emporium with outstanding service and products. Mike is an exceptional manager as is his assistant, Junior. The whole experience is exgtraordinary. They have better products and sevice than the Home D store. And what is important is that they pour so much care and love into this operation. It is bound to reverberate in your garden and home. I recommend Mangone's without hesitation.”

“I am SO GLAD I found Telesco, as I could not find anyone who works on electric mowers, and I couldn't get the manufacturer to answer nor to respond online. Telesco worked hard for me - not only in finding a solution and fixing my expensive, beloved mower, but also in guiding the manufacturer to cover the cost. I just used the mower for the first time this season, and it was a dream come true! Thank you Telesco!!”

“Good place to visit. I bought a maidenhair fern from here, they are really hard to take care of. The staff told me it is a really easy plant to take care of. I looked it up, one of the hardest. I don't appreciate the misinformation. But this place is pretty.”

55 Mill Rd, Eastchester NY 10709
“Writing a review a few months post purchase because Nature’s Cradle sources incredibly healthy plants. These are Nantucket Blue hydrangeas they ordered from one of their farms for me. I bought 4 plants from them and they were a picture of health. They were also grown well in the greenhouse because these plants have a ton of buds, suggesting their overall health. Truly amazing quality and can’t wait to buy again.”

“We got a Frasier Fir here in mid-December. It is the fullest tree we have ever had and has held up nicely, continuing to drink. The man who worked with us was very helpful and patient. The selection of trees was excellent and they all looked good--naturally balanced rather than looking like the work of a hedge trimmer to get them into shape like many of the ones we've had before from big box stores.”

51 Saw Mill River Rd, Hawthorne NY 10532
“Frequent customer since 2022. Strengths are the impressive plant collection - shade-loving and sun-tolerant, shrubs, trees and annuals. Best access from the northbound sawmill River Parkway with a private entrance just north of the Hawthorne interchange. Slow down when you see the high tension powerlines and put your right blinker on to exit. there are no road signs. Rosedale maintains a true landscaping department which can undertake planting and garden management projects. The prices can be high and access to the garden centre can be difficult on weekends at the beginning of planting seasons for instance in May.”

“We came in looking for replacement wheels for a walker. Loni helped us almost immediately. Not only did he help us find the correct size wheels, but he also offered to replace the old ones, which were being held together with duct tape. He even found Elmieda a chair so she could sit comfortably while he worked. When he realized the new wheels required different bolts and lugs, he tracked those down too and made sure everything fit properly. What could have easily turned into an all-day ordeal for Miss Elmieda ended up being simple and seamless. I’m grateful our paths crossed today—and that Loni was the right person for the job. Thanks to him, Elmieda now has her wheels back and with them, her freedom.”
