It's been two months since I left my driver's license at the USPS Harrison counter. They picked it up and told me they kept it for me. I went there and every day they give me a strange answer. In the end, after insisting so much, the supervisor and the employee told me that it was sent by mail but they don't have the tracking number to give me. How can the U.S. federal government allow employees to send a document with my information without providing me with the tracking number? Now I'm going to have to call the police to file a report.

Im having alot of issues with my mail not coming to me but my neighbors houses. How hard is it to read a number.
Supervisor tell me today my package was delivered to neighbor but for security purposes. They cant tell me where. How unprofessional. Get my package and send it to me. Its a christmas gift. Why i go through this all year long 🙃

I have used this Post Office on a regular basis for over 15 years. The staff at the counter are unfailingly polite and helpful. Many have worked there for many years. I have often seen them be very polite and helpful to others, especially to people who had language or other difficulties. I cannot understand why anyone would criticize the staff at this Post Office.

Lisandro from the post office is the absolute best person of all time. A package I needed for a wedding didn’t arrive when it should have because of a vendor and he made sure he got it to me as soon as possible. I appreciate him greatly and am happy people like him represent our postal service!!

I don’t understand these reviews. Every time I’ve gone, the staff has always been pleasant. I have dealt with rude USPS staff before, in other locations but the staff here has always been friendly and pleasant. Makes me proud that this is my local post office. Keep it up. :)

So ungodly nasty and rude. Marlena Pina was so nasty, looking at one page of our paperwork, finding a small error and bit out head off for it. We redid the 2 pages and brought it back. She then found another error on the page she hadn't looked at and again bit my husband's head off. Lady, next time to your job and examine all the paperwork before sending us back to make changes. She verbally attacked my husband and he said to her well you only pointed out the one issue. She got mad and screamed at him that "don't you accuse me of anything SIR!". Her behavior was simply shocking. How are these workers allowed to speak to customers like that?Will never go back to this location.

They should all be fired. Very rude and racist towards customers. I will be filing a formal complaint. I don't know how this place is running with the customer service they have.

I went in and asked to send a letter the way I have in many other places and the lady on the right spoke Spanish was so rude. She disrespected me when I told her I didn’t know you guys charge on tracking a letter. She said of course we do with a disrespectful attitude. I said I have sent these type of letters so many times and never gotten charged she said well here’s a first. Very rude!!! This place deserves to be shut down very unprofessional.
