This store was Unbearable once entered strong smell of Weed in the entire store. Unable to stay in and shop for more than 5 Minutes had to leave it was horrible.

When on Black Friday like at 12:00 PM, I know what was looking for because i didresearch on online about the deal for that day, The guy that help me with getting what i need was very nice, he wait for me to get other item while he had the one that i ask in the first place he did not try to sell others think, like other one that is a good think sometime get irritating looking for an item, and they try to sell a other one (insure, service, ect).My aunt want a TV, But that area was very pack, for the worked that was there she wait a while to get somebody to tell her the different because each one, they was a few that did not know about the deal that the store had that day.My cousin dint get help at all, but he dint mind that.

In the past, in store pickup was a good enough experience. Recently, I've gone in twice to try and purchase an item on the floor. The first time I asked an employee to pull some items for me that were listed as Available in 1 Hour online at their location, but not on the floor. The wait was 45 minutes, and I ended up leaving because they were helping another customer and literally trying to hide from me when doing so. The second time around I waited 15 minutes and had 3 employees all tell me they're gonna get the keys needed to open a case for the item I wanted. Three people and none of them could get the job done. Idk if they're severely understaffed or mismanaged, but wth...

I don't even know where to start to begin. How horrible this experience was at the store. I bought a Google phone from them. They lied to me and told me that the 5G one would work the same as a regular one. Did not mention that the 5G cost more money monthly than a regular band with. I made five or six trips back and forth from the store trying to get this phone to accept my SIM card. It would not. They insisted that it wasn't the phone. It was either the place it was putting it in or the SIM card. And ended up they were lying. They did not want to exchange 5G phone for a regular phone even though I could not even get this phone to work as I said it would. The salesperson was so hell bent on not not getting his commission on a more expensive phone. When I bought the phone he actually signed the receipt saying that there would be a restocking fee if I exchanged it for any other reason except for what they deem acceptable. He even fought me on that so I let him know. Do you know that forging someone's signature is illegal? And are you willing to lose your job over this commission where you misled me into buying a more expensive phone. You can't make this stuff up. The Best buy in Yonkers is by far superior. The people are so helpful. What I want to get the phone I wanted from that place. After this bad experience. The woman even help me save more money on my purchase. Not try to rip me off on the phone I didn't need or want.

Staff spent more time joking around and not taking care of patrons. Had to go to second Best Buy minutes away to get what I wanted. Will not buy from this particular Best Buy again.

No sale! The wait staff are ineperienced,, and quite snotty toward the customers. Especially one young lady at the checkout desk! I felt totally mis-treated as if I were in elementary school again. Hmmm.

Dulce, the manager in hard drive was useless...she looked at the original package for a CCTV recording which was a few years old...it looks like she didn't understand anything...she didn't ask anything...when I said I want something smaller...saying it's 2 instead of 4...she gave me something completely different...not for surveillance...so I had to return it...my son was willing to put it back in the machine...but he's leaving tomorrow...too late...very bad experience...she should not be a manager if she doesn't know the products and she doesn't talk to the customers...!!!

Haven't been to Best Buy in a long time. It was interesting to visit vs. shopping on line. Store floor near checkout was not very clean, but I guess it doesn't matter. I got what I needed.

In order to incent me to spend over $2000 on a laptop I was promised $225 in Best Buy credits. Two weeks later, the account is paid in full but no credits at all. Called support - no help. Asked to speak to a supervisor - no such thing available. So now I have a credit card I don’t want and no $225 in the credits I was promised. This is a business account. This business will be canceling this “Best” Buy account today in person

The Best Buy is ok. I bought a tv here to at didn’t work. When I returned it they did not have another one so they gave me another one which was more expensive. So can’t complain. Overall friendly and helpful staff.

I had such a wonderful experience today with Julz Brown of the Geek Squad. He was very helpful and patient when he was helping me restore my iPad. I would definitely go back if I need service. He did an excellent job.

Awful store. Inconsistent customer service and manager is extremely uncaring. Best buy in general is all down hill.
