Great customer service! They took the time with me on the phone, share with them pictures of what I was looking for my home to show me the products and explain the difference in the style of materials. You’re done the final product of shutters are beautiful and have added value to my home.

The free consultation with Nik was fast. Nik was patient, courteous and informative. Saul did my installation and he was efficient and kind. Terri was the Windows treatment consultant who I initially spoke with, and she answered all my questions and was very patient.
