I traded my Subaru in for a 2023 Hyundai Palisade and had a great experience and got a fair deal very quickly (about 4 hours from walking in to driving home). The help and service I received getting our car itself warranted 5 stars, but I want to call out Andrew Floyd for going above and beyond and for his honesty when selling cars. Unbeknownst to me, my Subaru was actually worth more than I had thought it was. He could have easily never let me know about it and I would have missed out on what amounted to over a thousand dollars. Thank you Andrew, if you're looking for an honest car dealership, this is the one.

I hope that some comfort is found to the reader of this message as it has been a disappointing experience for me. I traded my 2020 Santa Fe on September 5th of this year for the 2023 Tucson. Everything was going well, considering it took about 3 weeks for the deal to conclude and horrible communication between the dealer and I. After 10 days and a bad rainstorm in NYC, the floor under the driver seat began to flood with water. I called Hyundai immediately about the issue on September 19th and was given an appointment for November 14th. Still, the water kept getting worse after a couple of more rainstorms throughout the week. I reached out to Hyundai again and was given another appointment for October 26th. I carefully explained the situation with the vehicle that there is water accumulating in the vehicle and now as of today, October 5th, the smell of mildew has destroyed the vehicle. The videos I have of this issue should explain my dilemma. This is my 3rd vehicle with Hyundai and I thought I would be treated as a client and not just a customer. The level of unprofessionalism that I have received is horrible and I can say that this will be my last vehicle with Hyundai.

This past weekend, I had the greatest experience with Josh, my sales rep. Josh was amazing as he throughly listened & understood exactly what I was looking for in a car. He knew exactly what to do & didn’t waste any of my time. Within an hour, I was out of the dealership with my new car. If you ever stop by, ask for Josh! He will not disappoint and will get you the best deal for your budget.

My experience here - now Tasca Hyundai - was a mixed bag. On one hand we were treated professionally by everyone we met. Kudos for that. If that were the only thing I was rating I would give them 5 stars. What bothered me was that they wanted $1,000 above MSRP for a new 2024 Tucson hybrid and lowballed me on my trade in. The 2024 Tuscon hybrid is a nice car and I came thisclose to buying one even though it didn't offer wireless connectivity which I wanted. They also followed up with me professionally and I received calls from 2 different people. One was a manager and I mentioned the trade.in they were offering was more than $3,000 less than I had from somewhere else. I also know what my trade in could bring from Car Max, Edmunds and other sources. So, I wasn't happy with their offer at all. That manager kept her promise and got back to me a few days later with a new offer for my trade in that was much better. However, they didn't take a penny off of their original ask of $1,000 above MSRP. By then I'd had it. It was an OK experience, but they didn't give me any real incentive to buy from them. It seemed that instead of working with me to figure,out how to get me to buy they were focused on how much they could make on the sale. So, while they were professional throughout the experience it seemed that they forgot the most important part.......get the sale. So, I ordered a car from another manufacturer and expect delivery next month. I'm looking forward to driving my new ride then.

If I could give minus rating, I would. Service department had my car for five months due to engine failure. When I say they never respond to phone calls is an understatement. Don't leave a message, no one will call you back. When you speak with someone, they always tell you they have a customer and will call you back but never call back! No loaner car. No empathy for the fact that you have to rent a car to get to work. Donovan always talked about how other people car was there longer than mine....why should I have to hear that? I'm sure they are just as frustrated as I am with the total lack of service they are getting from your dealership. They are the absolute worst!!!! Stay far far away from this service department. Minus zero stars!!!!

Excellent experience from the time we walked in until the time we left with a new 2023. Sales Manager Maximo, Assistant Manager Darian and salesman Abraham were outstanding. I apologize for forgetting the name of the finance person. He was outstanding as well. Everyone was friendly but still professional. We felt like we were part of a family. We will definitely buy another car from them. We HIGHLY recommend.

I want to give a big shout-out to Ivan; his calm and chilled demeanor really stood out. He actively listened to us and presented us with the best options without trying to upsell. We came in knowing what we wanted, and he guided us straight to it, allowing us to leave with our perfect family car. The entire staff at the dealership was fantastic, and we left feeling more than satisfied. Even though we were just visiting family and had no plans to buy a vehicle, we would gladly cancel our flight and do it all over again. If we ever need another car in the future, we will fly back to New York and buy from them again. Thank you once again, Ivan!
