A decent pedicure, but too quick and not thorough.

Compared to a lot of places around here, this place as well priced fair. I come here when I don't want to do dip because they don't offer SNS.

$18 for basic manicure/$12 for polish change and they don't even take credit cards?! Cash only to pay and to tip. Fine. But then they also do not carry a single OPI polish, just a few of Essie, and some other unknown brand. Nail polish bottles unkempt, some so crusted over they were unable to be opened, and colors not labeled. Manicure itself? Awful. Nail polish uneven and sloppy. Base coat- missed parts of nails, actual color itself- super thick on some nails (so they bubbled up after) and so thin on others that you can see right through it. Top coat left on skin around nails. And so rude! Pushing and pulling my fingers every which way. Yikes.

After going to this nail salon last week, I obtained a horrible infection and now I'm on antibiotics! Not only did the nail tech refuse to take the gloves off that she had on for another client, they do not follow The health and hygiene laws of Westchester county. The cuticle utensils do not come in separate bags, the pedicure that was done there is no liner in the basin. Basically if you go here you're going to get some type of infection like me. Save yourself the visit to urgent care and a round of anabiotic's and pick somewhere else to go.

I’ve never had such a horrible pedicure in my life and such an unfriendly experience. I was looking for a new nail salon and thought this may be the one based on the reviews but I should have know it wasn’t the right place as soon as I entered based on their nail polish selection. Still I thought it may be a diamond in the rough. Anyway— No OPI, a few Essie and a ton of another brand I’ve never seen before so I chose a color from the unknown brand. It did not dry evenly, there were patches of dark color. Aside from that, the nail technician was rude, rushed and careless. My nails were barely buffed. Also, it didn’t feel so sanitary with how the tools were being used. The cuticle pusher used on me came from the tray of the next person.I’m actually at a different nail salon getting a polish change. I really can not believe how bad this was.Service: Pedicure

I have never heard of a local store being so rude and malicious towards would be customers not to mention immediately confrontational. I recommend staying away. Myself I hope they go out of business.

Just got my pedicure done and for something as simple as giving me a neon color green was an issue for them to do. The woman stated that she couldn't guarantee I would get that shade when there are techniques that she should know that could achieve this. Also, when I tipped the woman she didn't even say thank you!! Smh, just wow! I would never go back. Not worth the $45 for such a mediocre nails service and unfriendliness.

Best salon around! I’ve been an avid customer for years. Very impressed today with the beautiful salon changes. New stations and chairs. Always a relaxing experience and never rushed. Lena is always helpful with selecting colors. Love my mani pedi days!Services: Manicures

I love the energy of this salon. It's a fun place to go and there are lots of regulars. They do gel and regular polish manicures and pedicures (no acrylics), as well as some waxing, maybe only facial waxing. The owner will help you find the color you like for your nails. You don't need an appointment. Some days you'll get helped immediately and sometimes you'll have to wait just about 10 minutes, but you're well taken care of!

Had gel manicure done, lasted well. My nails usually start chipping after 3 days with gel, but this time 1.5 weeks. Good service, can get crowded

Rude people; bad service; nails chip immediately; not relaxing or pleasant experience. Won't be going back.

I contacted Lena, the owner of Hartsdale Nails upon the recommendation of a friend. I made an appointment. Prior to my appointment time I called, spoke to Lena and asked courteously if all people within the Salon must wear masks. She said yes. I just wanted to make certain so I asked both staff AND clients? And Lena said yes. Had she told the truth and said that clients may or may not depending on what they feel comfortable doing , I would have thanked her and not gone to her Salon for services. Instead, she lied to me. I drove all the way there, paid for parking, walked into a small salon and saw Lena with her mask below her chin and clients without masks. She denied telling me that clients must wear masks, became Angry and told me, there’s the door you can leave. She behaved very unprofessionally. Lena has the right, as do other proprietors to make their own rules, BUT we as consumers require honesty to determine whether this business is the right fit. If Lena is dishonest during a Pandemic, I would never trust her or her establishment.
