Love this place :). You find what you need as an artist. Colors art craft, beeds and so on..... The staff is curtious and helpfulI found what I need easy, and there is self checkout, which is to make it so fast to shop and go? yes to this place ? ?My favorite place !!!

This store is hands down the worst Michael's I have ever been to. The staff is rude, unhelpful and the store is in such an awful condition, with products all over the floors and just disorganized. The frame and matte guy was so lazy, he couldn't even bother helping us, so we just left and went to another craft store. Don't bother with this Michael's.

Kinda surprised during the biggest holiday season (I usually go around this time), few days before Xmas, almost everything was sold out and a lot of their shelves were empty. Majority of inventory, out of stock. I did find a few things I like that caught my my eye, and glittery. My art & craft projects I had planned to do, those items were sold out. Haven't been to Michael's since before the COVID fiasco. First time here since 2019,one noticeable difference, they now have self-checkout, and no bags to place your items purchased. Time have changed that every store I go to now has self-checkout and no bags, unless you pay extra for it. Overall, even with empty shelves, had a nice time shopping here going through all the aisle that was worth my time and to buy things.

Like so many people are saying, most of the staff here has a lot of attitude and laziness. They do not like to be asked for assistance even a little bit, even if the mistake made was on their end. Basically, they literally and metaphorically just want you to stay out of their way, like one time I was walking and the manager literally moved to the other side to be right in front of me with a cart though I was walking on that side first. I had to be the one to move aside so we wouldn't collide since he had no intention of pausing. The cashier had an attitude and didn't believe/want to check herself since she was positively sure there wasn't a discount what we saw with our very eyes until we went back, confirmed yet again, and then came back. That time they messed up my purchases and I had to return back another time to make sure I got the items I wanted. On the receipt, one smaller item I wanted was paid for but I didn't end up with it and the larger of the same item I also wanted I ended up with but wasn't accounted for on the receipt. I wanted both items and thought they were purchased and with me but weren't. I am as confused as them about how my purchases weren't adding up, brought back the bigger item I had to get it all sorted, and the manager and everyone were extremely unbothered and couldn't care less, saying they don't know what I want them to do, when they didn't even care to understand what happened and probably don't know how to/want to correct their own mistakes. I just paid for the smaller item again and told the manager that I don't want to be here fixing this anymore than he does and to change his attitude, and then rushed out of there, knowing I will never be coming back again to give this store any business.

My Favorite Micheals to go to. Organized store, well stocked & staff is fantastic. Was having trouble at the the self checkout. The worker Kathy came over to help me, was so friendly & professional. She was able to apply my coupons with no problem. what a wonderful worker. While she was helping me the supervisor, I think his name was Phil came over to ask her something & had the pleasure to talk with him too. There should be more workers like this in stores these days who take the time out to help you & genuinely care.

Very nice for hobby shop and to find occasional decorations for around the house has very nice picture framing they will make anything you want custom frames also for children and their schoolwork is excellent to do projects and find items there

I'm a SO-CALLED "black" person. Decorated U.S.Marine Corp Veteran, jewelry making hobbyist and Michael's Rewards Member currently working on a renovation 3 doors away. I've stopped in 2xs and each time, I was stood behind as I paid for my items. Never experienced this type of "racial profiling" at any other location.2023 Was'sup?
