I like that they always have items on sale. It is a very organized and clean store. Recently, I've noticed low stick on jump rings, and screw pins for charms making.

It depends on what you are looking for. Alot of aisles were empty. Some things were on clearance, mostly frames, flowers, some decorating items and jewelry accessories. Couldn't find a customer service rep except for the cashiers.
