“Another great plant nursery find! I have passed by this place so many times and never stopped in until last week, and I am so glad I finally did. I was very surprised by the huge selection of plants and vegetable starters they carry. I was able to pick up cucumber plants, tomatoes, herbs, and even flower plants to help with natural pest control in my garden.
The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the best time to start planting vegetables. I never knew that planting around Mother’s Day or the week after is ideal because the ground temperatures should be around 50 degrees or higher for vegetables to thrive. That information alone was so helpful for a beginner gardener like me.
Their prices are also much better compared to many other places because they grow their own plants instead of purchasing them from third parties. The nursery offers free parking and accepts both cash and credit cards, which makes shopping there very convenient. There is always someone to help you get your plants if you are not able to bend.
I do wish they carried more garden gadgets and equipment to truly make it a one-stop shop, but if you are looking for great deals on healthy flower and vegetable plants, this is definitely the place for you. Highly recommend checking them out for quality plants, fair prices, and friendly guidance!”
“The Flower Bar and Nancy was a 5 star experience. I felt comfortable working with Nancy she was professional, personable, and quick to reply to my many emails and inspo photos!
Nancy set up a special date so that I could come in and visit the shop. She had a centerpiece made for me and when I changed my mind on what I wanted she immediately delivered what I wanted!
A few of the flowers I wanted were difficult to get in the month of January but she delivered!
My flowers were classy, tasteful and even unique. My bouquet and my made of honor were exactly what I wanted.
She was a pleasure to work with.”

“This is one of the best nurseries I’ve been to. I came here earlier looking for some Houseplants and they have a pretty big selection of plants. (succulents, crops like vegetables, shrubs etc.) Their succulent selection is really good and big, they have cacti and more. They even have Gardening tools, Garden Decor, pots and more. The staff was very helpful and kind to me and my family and open to helping us with any questions and recommendations for us. Prices were also very fair and great compared to other nurseries I’ve been to, and one of the most important parts is 99% of the plants are VERY healthy! I definitely recommend coming here if you love plants and I will be returning.”
“Writing a review a few months post purchase because Nature’s Cradle sources incredibly healthy plants. These are Nantucket Blue hydrangeas they ordered from one of their farms for me. I bought 4 plants from them and they were a picture of health. They were also grown well in the greenhouse because these plants have a ton of buds, suggesting their overall health. Truly amazing quality and can’t wait to buy again.”

From start to finish, Carls attention to detail was outstanding, and his communication was thorough, clear, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. The centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous, and the floral arches were truly stunning, they exceeded our expectations and brought our vision to life beautifully. My bouquet was especially breathtaking, with rich, vibrant colors that perfectly captured the feel of an October wedding. The silk floral wall was also perfect for our sweetheart table backdrop. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality and care he provides. Carl was friendly, professional, and a genuine pleasure to work with. “We got a Frasier Fir here in mid-December. It is the fullest tree we have ever had and has held up nicely, continuing to drink. The man who worked with us was very helpful and patient. The selection of trees was excellent and they all looked good--naturally balanced rather than looking like the work of a hedge trimmer to get them into shape like many of the ones we've had before from big box stores.”

“Frequent customer since 2022. Strengths are the impressive plant collection - shade-loving and sun-tolerant, shrubs, trees and annuals. Best access from the northbound sawmill River Parkway with a private entrance just north of the Hawthorne interchange. Slow down when you see the high tension powerlines and put your right blinker on to exit. there are no road signs. Rosedale maintains a true landscaping department which can undertake planting and garden management projects.
The prices can be high and access to the garden centre can be difficult on weekends at the beginning of planting seasons for instance in May.”

“I LOVE THIS FARM WHICH CHANGES SEASONALY. RIGHT NOW STARTING IN MAY. THEY HAVE HUNDREDS OF PLANTS AT A GOOD LOW PRICE. DURING THE FALL, PUMPKINS AND VEGES. WINTER THEY DECORATE FOR CHRISTMAS. IT'S NOT FAR FROM THE FERNCLIFF CEMETERY. I JUST BROUGHT 5 PLANTS AND GOING BACK FOR MORE. ENJOY.”
