This is the best gym I have ever been to. The trainers are very professional and can help with nutrition, stretching, and creating a personalized training plan. There is no place I feel more comfortable!

TFF is a superb personal training facility. All of the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, push you, if you want that, and in general treat you in a highly professional, courteous manner. They have outfitted the facility with heavy plastic sheets between training cubicles for those concerned about contracting Covid 19 in a gym. I have been a "regular" at TFF since shortly after they opened in 2007 and I am certain that my health and physical fitness has improved significantly over that time frame. At age 79+ i still enjoy each time i go to TFF and i wholeheartedly recommend TFF to anyone interested in improving his/her physical fitness. There is no better facility or group of personal trainers.

I am a founding member client. Nearly 17 years. Superb personal training. Head and shoulders above other gyms. Trainers are skilled, well educated and accommodating.Stretching and role outs before and after workouts. Gym is extremely clean and hygienic.Go and discover for yourself.

I'm a local resident and consider this fitness center a tremendous asset to the neighborhood. The personal trainers here are very focused, well educated and sincere. They give you the hour that you pay for and then some. These highly trained fitness people care about the longevity of your life and fitness. The staff can properly balance a workout and a future routine. They have a plan for everyone plus they do a lot of rehab and massage when necessary. Their fitness center is very clean and neat and has everything that you need to improve your body strength. There is a location in Scarsdale by the Hartsdale train station and one in White Plains. If you are serious about personal training and want get your body to a better level, I highly recommend total form fitness. The staff is excellent. They spend too much time cleaning.

Excellent. Knowledgeable conscientious trainers who focus on your needs and your health rather than their own egos and preconceptions. Having worked out there for over a year now, I have observed them work superbly with men and women of all of ages. They ask good good questions, listen to your repliy, and tailor effective programs to help realize your goals - without the macho camacho. Within a couple of weeks they'll all (not just your own guy) know your name - and take an interest in your individual progress. Clients are welcome to drop in any time and use the equipment. Trainers work together seamlessly. Even if you're just stopping by if one of them who's free will come over with a smile and offer to help stretch you out. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Personal training in a supportive and encouraging environment. Trainers are super professional and highly knowledgeable. Space is open and airy with top of the line equipment. Fantastic gym.
