I love that Char and Ravi really take the time to get to know you - makes it feel like a small family atmosphere. They are also great instructors so I feel like I get a good work out every time!

I had tried various yoga studios in Westchester and Yoga Station stands out from the crowd. The instructors are excellent. Atmosphere is calming and focused.

Yoga Station is a nice place to learn yoga and make new friends. Char and Ravi are friendly and awesome teachers. They have a variety of different classes to suit your needs. I went several times to Basic Hatha on Wednesday nights and every time my body and mind felt great afterwards. It helped me destress from work.

A great little yoga studio conveniently located next to the Hartsdale train station. A bright and lovely space with a variety of classes and excellent instructors, offering a lot of individual attention to alignment.

I went to the Chakra and Aromatherapy workshop with Reiki and left feeling centered, rested and calm. The studio is bright, spacious and very clean. Will definitely go back- especially for the restorative classes.

The owners Char and Ravi have created a non-judgmental atmosphere for the practice of yoga. I feel I am among friends while there, and my wife and I have made some good friends over the past few years, thanks to our association with the Yoga Station. In addition to Char and Ravi's classes that they personally teach, there is a good mix of instructors that naturally have different styles, so no two yoga sessions are the same. I would like to see more classes offered, particularly on Friday evenings, and also more of the restorative yoga, that is currently offered in only one slot on Wednesday evenings. I encourage more people to come here so that can happen! If you like yoga, you'll love the Yoga Station!

As a beginner I found a welcoming group and laughter. Also I haven't felt this good in a long time!

If you are looking for yoga where you can practice with others and create your own meditative space, or if you have never tried yoga and are looking for a place where all levels are accepted and the teachers are gentle and respectful, even welcoming of beginners, or if you think of yoga as more than exercise and are looking to grow in your practice in a non-judgmental space, you've found a home at Yoga Station. It is more than a yoga studio, it is a part of the community. I find such peace in my body, mind and spirit here. This is authentic yoga without the Indian pseudonym-ed white people "namaste"-ing all over the place, nor it is a slick, heated up, eastern decorated exercise studio calling itself yoga. This is the real thing, with real people, balancing, and losing their balance, and then finding their balance again, laughing and working really hard. If you try it once I think you'll be hooked.

I've been going to classes at The Yoga Station for over a year, and I absolutely love it. Char is fabulous - always making classes fun, yet challenging at the same time. The Yoga Station is a really supportive environment. There's no sense of competition, no pretentiousness. Char and Ravi are caring and excellent instructors, very in tune with your individual needs and personal limitations. They are flexible and accomodating, altering the schedule at times so that it works for the majority of students. New classes are constantly being added. Signing up for classes here was the best decision I've made in a long time. :)

I recently discovered The Yoga Station and have been taking their classes every chance I get. Many of the classes are taught by the owner, Char, who truly embodies the yoga spirit. The classes are well paced and well taught and Char is always quick with a gentle hands-on repositioning. Yoga Station is a pleasant and peaceful place to practice yoga and I highly recommend it.

It doesn't get better than this! Char is the sweetest, most patient and most capable instructor I've ever encountered; it's simply a joy to be in one of her classes. And the studio is just a yoga studio filled with a calm, friendly vibe: no tap, jazz, aerobics or miscellaneous spa treatments--just great yoga, pure and simple.
