We visited Ardsley Plaza 3 times over the weekend and we could not be more satisfied. The location was convenient, facilities and dining areas were pristine, everything was orderly and well lit. Staff at Starbucks were friendly, attentive and the order was made with precision. The food at Burger King & Chick-fil-A was hot, delicious and served quickly. Most importantly - we lost a valuable item during our first visit, and the staff at ardsley showed such integrity and dedication to customer service that I could not believe it. Not only did they promise to keep me up to date, but they took steps to search and investigate and successfully recovered our lost item and helped us to reunite with it. We are grateful to the team, they have earned in us loyal customers!

Clean, bright, with seating. Bathrooms are well kept.
But ... the prices here are utterly ridiculous. Stop and use the bathroom, then get food or snacks elsewhere.

Not a full travel plaza. No RV dump and limited parking for RVs. None of the employees seemed to know much about whether there was a dump area and waited for managers for 10+ minutes before leaving. If you need just food and gas, it's great. Facility was clean.

Big oof for whoever designed the signs for the bathroom telling you how to operate the sinks, and didn't realize the sinks were set up opposite to how the signs direct you for the soap and the dryer.
