They were very confident and transparent about the results they were able to deliver, which I really appreciated. They didn't promise perfection, but said my car would be back to about 95%. They were even supportive when I mentioned going elsewhere for a quote & mentioned important questions to ask the other place. I took my car to Fernando at Ultimate and he fixed my car quickly and beautifully.
Fernando also help me navigate the claim with the insurance company and I was allowed to get a car rental and in 3-4 days my car was ready.
This was a drag to have damage to my car, however Ultimate made the process easy, effortless and quick. My car is it was when left yet dealer.
I highly recommend Ultimate and especially Fernando for his professional and pleasant services.”

“I just went to Merlo's Auto Detailing this morning. I came in because another car dinged my door and some paint transferred from the other car over to mine. I didn't realize I was supposed to schedule an appointment. Despite not having an appointment, I was taken care of and the paint was removed quickly. Not only was the job 100% perfect, but also the service to take me in as a walk in (which he didn't have to) was amazing. I will definitely get my car detailed here in the future. “Had a massive auto body/detailing problem and this place literally saved me. Had used them multiple times to detail both my cars and they had always done a stellar job...always left my cars showroom level clean and shiny inside and out. So when my wife banged up a rental car's bumper a bit in a parking lot and autobody shops quoted me 1,000's for an emergency fix by my rental due date I checked my detailing guys at Hi-Tech. For a FRACTION of other quotes and God only knows what magic they conjured up with heat, paint, and wax, they took my rental on super late notice and within ONE DAY brought that bumper back to BRAND NEW condition. Returned that rental back with zero issue from the company! Thank you! You already had me as a lifelong customer for great previous work but now for sure!”

“Just moved here and the summer heat was doing a number on my leather seats. Friend recommended NextGen so I booked a tint. They used a high quality film blocks the heat really well but doesn't make the car feel like a cave at night which was my main concern. Edges are perfectly done, zero bubbles. I'm actually fussy about that kind of thing and I couldn't find a single issue. Customer service was great too. Nice find.”
