Employees , not welcoming. Abusive And Offensive to have someone representing that company who curses the public. To have an employee someone who’s under the leadership of ownership use foul language and be aggressive to any outside public entity is not acceptable and doesn’t look good for the business.

Lost trim cover to my 2015 c300 mb. The part was discontinued and could not get it from any MB dealer. I was distraught. I did not want my ride looking tacky. I looked online at different part site but no luck. Then, I remembered that Overseas Autobody was able to replace the gas cover on my MB SUV years ago and thought I'd try to see if they could help me out again. I explained my need and Frank told me to bring in the car. I met with Joe and he knew exactly what I needed. He was confident that he could locate the part. He called me the next day and said that he had the part and could put it on when I came by. I am so pleased and happy with the service. The young ladies in the office are so friendly. I would like to take the time to thank Overseas Auto Body in Hastings for going above and beyond for me. Dropped my car off Monday and it was finished by Thursday afternoon. Prices are excellent. Frank and the young lady at the service desk were so friendly and genuinely made me feel as if I was their only customer (although the garage was packed with cars). I recently visited this auto shop with the hope of receiving a professional service experience, only to be met with an encounter that left me utterly dismayed. The interaction I had with the employees was punctuated by discourteous remarks and an overall lack of maturity, an attitude that undermines the essence of any customer-focused business.One would expect a level of professional decorum in an establishment that claims to be a service industry leader. The opposite was true. The staff displayed a blithe disregard for customer service etiquette, and their conduct was more akin to a schoolyard than a professional setting.Their indifference to my concerns not only eroded my faith in their expertise but also impelled me to question the leadership. The unfortunate encounter I had is a stark reminder that businesses thrive on more than just technical competence. They flourish through empathy, respect, and the understanding that their customers are the lifeblood of their operations.This experience is an invitation for introspection. It's an opportunity for the employees and the management to take a step back and consider whether their behavior is conducive to building a loyal customer base. After all, it is the perception of customers that makes or breaks a business.In conclusion, I would like to underscore a simple, yet profound, principle - we ought to treat each other as we would want to be treated.
