“Last Friday my tire pressure light went on and I realized I had a mail in my tire. I was an hour away from home because I just left work in hastings. My tire was losing air so I googled tire places I was so lucky to have happened to pull over right near this place it was 4:58 they close at 5 I ran in and asked if they could plug my tire they could tell I was stressed and they took my car in even though they were closed! My tire wasn’t able to be plugged because of the location of the nail but they put my spare on and they didn’t even charge me!!! They really turned a nightmare situation into a bit so bad situation and I was so grateful!”

Jim was patient and kind as he guided me through finding the size of my tires so that he could order the new ones in advance and have them ready at the time of of my appointment. I got 4 new tires and a wheel alignment in a few short hours. Jim communicated with me via text when one issue came up. “My tire caught a flat and I was looking for the nearest tire shop, and stopping at Mavis was the best decision I made. As soon as I drove in I was immediately greeted by the workers Alex Angelo George and Ahmad. The gave me the best customer service, I was helped by all 4 of them. They put put air in my donut and patched my tire up in less than half an hour of me being there. They saw I was in a rush and got me out of there quickly. I'm not from Mount Vernon but I would definitely go back there for their business and professionalism! They treated me like family! Any car issues they got you!
