“We were traveling from DC to MA to visit family and stopped for lunch in Mamaroneck. Much to our surprise, when we tried to get back into our car it was totally dead. Luckily, we were a short walk away from Mavis. Merrick helped us on this day, he went above and beyond, he could not have been more helpful and kind. He walked with us down the street to where our car had died. He diagnosed the issue, a dead battery, then went back to the shop to gather all needed tools and a new battery. He was able to expeditiously swap out the battery and get us up and running again on our trip.
Big thanks to Merrick and the team at the Mamaroneck Mavis for helping us out of jam. Service was top notch and turned what could have been a bad situation into only a minor interruption of our trip.

“New Tires Installed Same Day
Needed two new rear tires so brought my car in close to noon, figuring get the order in and get the tires installed the next day. But the last time they replaced a tire for me, they got it same day so I asked, figured I give it a shot. Sure enough, they called around 4, saying the tires came in and if I brought the car back, they could install them. Good stuff all around plus a good talk with the owner Jim while the tires were getting installed.”

I was in a bind (on the way to take care of my Mom sick in hospital) when I learned that my rear right tire had run over a bolt and was slowly losing air. Mavis was highly recommended by a Mobil gas attendant. And he was so right. Mario was the manager out front who took down what was wrong with the car.

The job involved mounting two new tires, essentially removing the older two and putting the new ones on the rims and onto vehicle.

“I had a lot of work done to my car here last Friday. They came highly recommended from many of my customers. I work 2 miles away. I’m so happy I was recommended to Corsi tire to fix my car. I will definitely be a customer going forward. I dealt with Brian. He is amazing. He explained everything I needed done. He explained the noises I was hearing so I left my car there and they are very busy. Brian called me back and told me what I needed. He said he would try and get the car fixed by Saturday so I asked him if I can make an appointment for during the week because I needed my car to get home and to go somewhere the next day. My car really wasn’t safe. The axle was making a loud clunking noise. He went out of his way to have my car ready by closing time Friday. The work that was done to my car was top notch. I feel like I’m driving a different car. I’m very appreciative to Brian and the mechanics at Corsi. I will also be getting my tires there when I need them.”

Being from out of town I wasn't sure where to get my car towed to, so I was recommended by the tow truck driver to go to Tarrytown Auto Care and I'm glad I took his advice. This shop was able to find the issue very quickly and got my car back on the road within 2 days. I wanted to wait before leaving this review, and I must say that my car has been running very smoothly since they've fixed it. Their pricing is fair, they work fast and their work is good, honestly hard to find good shops like this one nowadays. If I was a local, I'd bring my car here for all my repair needs.”

“Tom and Hillside Service workers are good folk for the community. When calling in for service for your vehicle just address your issue quickly cause they are busy daily.
A helpful is to call ahead to come to the shop to diagnose your issue then set up a time to bring your car in for him to look at. Tom was quick to diagnose the problem I had for years that the dealership wouldn’t figure out. Took him one full day to fix my main issue, but he discovered another issue related to the first & wouldn’t let me come pick my car up until the whole issue was resolved. Overall, Tom and others want to make sure you are taken care of, fairly price and I will go back if anymore issues.”
