“I had my car towed late last night. It broke down on me. Turned out the alternator died. The very next day, I got a phone call from the mechanic who explained everything to me. My car was fixed in a couple of hours. The price was decent. And they fixed my bumper. They were also very professional. And I got a 1 year warranty! I highly recommend this place.”

When I called JK's, Nick answered the phone and immediately provided me with a sense of comfort. “It's a great group of guys who treat you right. They diagnose your problem or problems and let you know what the deal is. They also try very hard to get your vehicle back to you by the time they say it will be done. I've been going to them for years. In all reality I don't like going to them because that means something has gone wrong with my vehicle! But, they make the best of me coming to them by finding out what's wrong and then doing their best to get me back on the road. And that's why I keep coming back.”

“Rich & crew replaced the 46RE trans in my 1999 Dakota RT. Previous shop: was Gold Seal, closed, in Upper Saddle River. Big trans, 5.9 engine and a tight fit. A Perfect job, + reversed flowed the trans cooler.
4 years later, it runs perfect, driven 366 days a year, towing, and loaded with tools or heavy Home Depot items.
Repeat customer, I travel from Long Island for this shop and I'm frequently stuck in traffic for hours on the GW Bridge. Trans: never over-heats, and shifts perfect.”

“Came in to do an inspection and was worried whether I might need new breaks. Mavis had told me they had to be replaced last time I got tires there.
He could have easily upsold me (like Mavis tried to) but he just came back 5 minutes later and told me I’m all set, inspection is done and my breaks are fine.
Stand up, honest guy, will be coming back.”
