It's a small office and like everywhere the customers tend to forget necessary things that make the wait time get gummed up.The staff are friendly and helpful, and they do a good job of keeping things moving.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. The staff at this post office have always been efficient and friendly when I've mailed something there. The Dobbs Ferry post office, on the other hand.... If you're looking to be insulted and ignored, the Dobbs Ferry post office is the place to go.
