“Very friendly and down to earth. Don't really have anything else to say as insurance is taking three and a half eternities.... Will try to remember to update once the car has been repaired.
But if they're worthy of being recommended by Jeff Lyman (Jeffrey's)... I'm sure it will be a very good review.
Update (2 months later)
What an awesome place. Took great care of my dad's car. When he got it back it looked almost new- not only was the damage from the accident taken care of beautifully but a bunch of chips from doors being slammed into the sides were touched up and I think they even detailed the car. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need any body work.”
“I could double the stars. John offers personal, professional and Courteous Collision Repair. He takes the time needed to do the job Right, and he backs up his work.”
“The shifter in my car failed while picking up a pizza tonight in the freezing cold and I needed a tow. Great service, showed up quick, extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you for being there when I needed it tonight!”
“Had a car towed there for a repair estimate. From start to finish, Eric was professional, kept in touch, followed through on everything he said he'd do, and went above and beyond to help us with a difficult situation. Highly recommend.”
“Had my 2025 Trax a little over a year when a deer ran into it - Steve’s auto did an amazing job in repairing my vehicle as if nothing ever happened. The communication on the status of my repairs was above & beyond & everyone was very caring & friendly - I trust them & appreciate their professionalism!”
“I am writing this review because this body shop is AMAZING!! The owners are on site ( absolutely beautiful couple), Heather at the front desk, the young man that brought me home and then returned my vehicle ( I did not get his name), from beginning to end they were ALL so incredibly nice!! Small businesses go out of their way to talk to their customers and provide excellent service! I am incredibly happy with their work!!!”

“After going to drivers village, and being quoted $800 to "replace a caliper" Kitts fixed and worked with integrity, and saved me the stress and $$$. I will be going back in the future for my future car repair needs”
