My pod pick-up/drop off were delay. I would have had to pay $1000 a day to the new owners for every day it was left there. In addition I am a widowed Senior Citizen and had people coming to help empty it at my new residence. Anthony, your facilities Manager along with his team of drivers Chris and Vince went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t incur any additional expenses and delivered my pod so “my team” could empty it. I wanted to let you know how hard they worked, with 2 trucks down especially Anthony, to get my delivery done! He is a very valuable employee!

Please stay away from this company. I waited and wasted a whole day for the delivery and there is no show/no phone call. When I called their number, there is a 40-min hold for waiting and 1-hr for call back. I was told that the delivery window will be from 10:45am-2:45pm. Waited until after 5pm and had to call the new quote to get transferred to an office in Wake Forest, NC to insist cancelling the order. I hope the nightmare ends here. I should have checked the reviews here before scheduling. They are cheaper for a reason!

Nightmare!!! Don't use this company. Scheduled this on a Friday to have a container delivered on Monday. Monday came and no container. Called Monday evening to be told that they had to push the delivery to Tuesday no explanation as to why not even a call to inform me that they had to change the date. I have never called a company and was on hold for over an 1 1/2. Finally was able to speak with someone. Was told that I was schedule to have the container delivered Tuesday late afternoon , 7pm came and no container. Called back at that time was on hold for another 45 min. to be told that my account was on hold. No explanation as to why or who put it on hold. Pay the little extra and go with a reliable company like PODs

Paid on Thursday signed and confirmed… no show no call Friday , Saturday , Sunday, Monday… took 30 mins to get an agent on the phone via SALES because CS doesn’t answer… Just to get hung on by some1 who was acting like they couldn’t hear me.. pitiful pathetic company

Horrible customer service. Leaves you on hold for hours, then you get a person who connects you to another person, to connect you to another person then to connect you to then put you back on hold for an hour.

Don’t expect anything to happen as scheduled. You might get them delivered you might not, they might get picked up, they might not. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

DO NOT USE! NO SHOW! UNPROFESSIONA! if I could give no stars it would be more appropriate. Company never showed for scheduled delivery of container on Saturday. We called several times and were told they had till 10pm to deliver and corporate would contact the warehouse. Still no response. Called again on Sunday and told the best they could do was to have it there on Monday as the warehouse was closed on Sunday. We needed it for Saturday and had scheduled movers and contractors come for Sunday and Monday. They were reluctant to cancel the contract and I had to explain they voided the contract by not delivering on time. We were left scrambling to find another solution or whole renovation project would be pushed back. This company is a joke, do not use. Completely unprofessional.

Oh my gosh. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked this service. They were offering 50% off, and I jumped @ it. Bad idea. I would never recommend doing business with this company. Completely unreliable. I have a standard straightforward order. Moving from a house to an apartment complex. So drop off an empty, pick up full, drop off full, pick up empty. After receiving a confirmation email, they just never showed up for the first drop off. Takes forever to get through to someone. They are nice when you do get through but have very little ability to produce any result. Even when getting a supervisor. The container finally showed up a day and a half later with no explanation. After loading it for a few days, I crossed my fingers regarding the pick up. They were 3 hours late for the 3 hour window they gave me. I was skeptical, but what could I do? It was completely full.
I prayed. The day of my move in, they actually dropped off on time. Thought I was home free. I paid an extra $50 for same-day retrieval and was given a 4 hour window to unload. It was empty and ready at 1pm. I was told 1:45-5:45 pick up window. I'm now writing this at 7:15am the next day. It's still here empty, and waiting to be picked up. I called 3x's begging for it to be picked up. Always waiting at least 20 minutes on hold or 30 minutes for a call back. I was told I was the driver's next stop over and over. A supervisor called "the facility" and sent emails. No response from "the facility". I don't own the property, and explained that management will consider it abandoned. The supervisor late last night actually said that unfortunately, there was nothing more he could do. That the management company would have to do what they needed. I can't actually believe this company is in business. I am now in hot water with my new apartment complex, and have only been here 3 days. Holy Cow Pack-Rat. What the heck is up? Please shut down your company and get straightened out before you take money from more customers and do this to more people. Apparently, I'm not the only one this has happened to. You should really be ashamed of yourselves.

No callbacks, no delivery, and no customer service. We had a delivery prescheduled for Saturday. They said the truck had issues and would deliver on Saturday or Sunday. We texted as a follow-up on Saturday but received no reply. We texted again on Sunday, but there was still no reply. They lied repeatedly. They are closed on Sundays, so there was never any thought to deliver on Sunday. We lost money on a crew to unpack the unit. Do not use this company.
