I had a very easy and simple process renting the vehicle and the Chevrolet Traverse was in excellent condition. Drop off was easy and simple as well. Love Avis

Its greatly improved in service and inventory. People don’t realize that this is a small mom and pop shop. This isn’t a major airport. Also people are assuming that car should be readily available all the time when in reality there is a limited supply. I never have had a problem in the last five years of renting from them either picking up or dropping off. I rent for work and, I keep coming here because of the fact that this is the only car rental place that I can drop off my personal car in the parking lot and know that it will be safe.

Worst car rental experience ever (although I'm not sure you can call it a car rental experience when the location literally has ZERO cars on site even though a reservation was made). Aside from having no signage to tell you that the rental car place is inside the sketchy Radisson Hotel lobby, this was by far the most frustrating and unprofessional service I have encountered. After arriving to pick up our reserved car on Saturday at 2pm, calling the attendant because apparently there is no need for the employee to actually be at the rental desk ever and its fine company policy to have people call him on his personal cell phone for help -he finally arrived and said they had no rental cars on site. He said they MIGHT have one at noon on Sunday. I then contacted my company to make other arrangements since this was a business rental and they made the reservation, so they rebooked the car for Sunday at noon from the same location (despite my advice to FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE) since other rental car places were closed on Sunday and this was the only option. I called ahead on Sunday morning to make sure they would have a car, and was informed that if I came at noon they would have a car. I arrived at 11:45 to an empty desk, called and texted repeatedly with the employee as per the handwritten sign on the desk, and he showed up with a car at 12:15 that "might smell a little like weed smoke". Car is fine, but whatever game this guy has running out of this location is a joke. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. I'm not sure how they can even call this a car rental place.

I had no issues with the car or service, but I do wish that there was an attendant there when I was picking up and dropping off the car. Both times I had to call the attendant

After renting a car from jfk reeking of pot smell i was able to switch cars at the Medford location all is good now!!

We have rented more than a dozen cars from them over the past 2 years at all their locations. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to help us. Great to work with and very accommodating. Special shout out to Gary who always seems to go the extra mile for us.

Worst customer service at the counter and over the phone. I cancel my reservation on July 16 and it's July 26 Yet i haven't seen my refund over $500.00.Where's my refund Avis? A manager from avis whom i spoke too said 5- 7 business days but its been longer :(

I've never had a more frustrating experience renting a car, I know the employee's job is not thrilling but at least pretend to care even a little bit. Also changed their minds on what information is needed, even though everything was already established online prior to arriving. Will go out of my way to avoid Avis/Budget in the future.

Horrible customer service, confirmed and pre- payed vehicle, to have the representative Ronny, call me 10 minutes before reservation and tell me that they wont have my vehicle for another 6 hours, then proceeds to tell me they can give me another vehicle for a higher price. Horrible customer service.

Stayed in the same hotel they have their kiosk and they put a repo order out and demanded I pay when the vehicle was in their lot the whole time. They are thieves
