It’s important to remember that every company has its share of bad days and individuals who may not always meet expectations. However, I was grateful to TFCU for acknowledging their shortcomings, taking steps to improve their processes, and prioritizing the positive experience of their customers.

The branch Mgr took us to his office and treated the whole situation as if we lost thousands more.
