“This bank showed me the up most respected. The representative was very business and professional. She took her time explaining everything to me. I open up a checking & savings account. I didn't have the 300.00 min for the saving, but the representative let me know that I still could have saving acct. With just 25.00 every month. Going towards the savings account once it above $300.00 I could use it. Which I thought was great. And to top it off,this bank offers emergency advance on you checking, so say if there is a bill you need to pay.even thou you don't have the funds in checking account, you can withdraw the money off of you debit card from any Atm machine, but you will have to pay it back. But that was just awesome. A bank that cares.”

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you better not need anything from the call center. There's a minimum of 10 minute wait time no matter when you call and nothing ever gets resolved. They don't call you back and they are not very knowledgeable.”
