When one of the items was not available, he substituted, at a higher cost to him, to be sure I was set up before Easter. Wow. Everything was high quality equipment, and a perfect install, including my TV mounted on the wall. I could not be happier. Will be recommending him to all of my family and friends. It is clearly out of the ordinary these days. To actually be able to speak with a real human is such a breath of fresh air. Customer service is knowledgeable and walked me through my set ups. They were even able to keep my older Voxx products in service for my family's enjoyment. I definitely get my moneys worth with Audiovox products.”

The employee made sure the television's screen wasn't cracked and that it was working properly so I wouldn't have to bring it back. Service, as always, is an A+, something other stores struggle with.
