Used this place for a while. Be warned to anyone considering using this place LONG TERM BEWARE!!! Now they will DOUBLE YOUR RENT THE NEXT MONTH. Look at my pictures as proof. Gross. Will be calling today…
Update: called today they will be reducing next months bill by about 30$ lol and apparently it will increase by more later on. Will be moving out in a week. Gross

I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility is always clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The process of setting up my unit was quick and straightforward, and I really appreciate the clear communication.

Great company and amazing facility in Hauppauge where I kept my contents : clothing etc for about 2 years
The manager Chris is the best and he is helpful with advice .
Companies like this should all have a manager like him .
My rate was great for the size I had , rate didn’t go up .
The manager Chris often checked up on me and my storage unit to give me advice . I also felt very safe knowing he didn’t forget I was in there by myself .
I’m very efficient, however , I needed a lot of advice and without his knowledge on organizing thur move out I think I would have been lost .
I have had many storages in the past and this was the best experience I have had with a storage company .
Clean , great dry , nothing got moldy from this unit .I would use this company again .
Also … having a great manager like Chris made his experience easier for me .
Solid company …if you book with this facility you will have peace of mind. This means everything to me .
