Signing up was a breeze. I got my storage area 5x10 online. Recieved code immediately and it was ready instantly I never had to talk with anyone. Only concerning thing was one of the nearby storage doors were damaged exposing someone's items. Probably broken by someone pushing a hand truck. I'm curious how fast they move to repair it.

Be very careful with long term storage here. You rent a unit for $80 discounted and within 6 months you're up to $160 a month. For long term I suggest storing your stuff on dollys and or carts (dollys/carts pay for themselves) and move to a new unit every time you get that rate increase notice (every 3 months they increase it, $80 to $120 and 6 months later it goes to $160). Don't get ripped off by these slimy places taking advantage of people already in hard positions. ??

This is a great place if you need quick, easy, and painless storage. This facility is always clean and orderly. I like that the app gives digital access to the facility which provides a sense of safety and makes accessing your unit a breeze. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Leslie and the store manager Chris are very thorough, personable, efficient, and informative. They both made the process so quick and easy.
