They took me right away and I believe my technicians name was Zeb. I told him sometimes the phlebotomist has an easier time taking blood from my right arm on the outside. He listened and checked and' took the blood from there and he was so gentle I didn't even feel it. He was very kind and efficient. Thank you for a great experience.

The facility and staff are the worse. The forgot to sign my papers so that delayed my results. Then they did not follow up until I revisit them 10 days later. PLEASE DO NOT USE THAT LOCATION. LOOK FOR ANOTHER LOCATION AND OR COMPANY!!!!

Went here to have my glucose test done for my pregnancy. They did the test completely wrong and took my “fasting” blood sample 15 minutes after I drank 75mls of glucose. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. To find out a week later that the test was done wrong and I have to take it over.

Great and quick experience last time I came here, scheduled a 6:30 am appointment for my glucose test and the girl Rachel wouldn’t take me because I didn’t have a script. Asked a million and one questions last time I was here I was never told I needed a script to get bloodwork done to check for gestational diabetes, I’m 6 months pregnant and fasted for no reason and lost sleep to take this test. Told me bye and didn’t look for any other solution. Also didn’t walk me to a room, yelled at me to go in a room. Super unprofessional will never come back to quest labs after this experience. Don’t give this girl the early shift if she’s gonna be rude and can’t handle it.

Convenient location - less than 2 miles from my house. Early appointments (6:30 am), easy and quick self-check-in. The hardest part was finding a vein. I was pricked twice and each time it was accurate. Note to self...drink water, even if fasting!

Would never come here again , Mitch was the most unprofessional,rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. Made an apointment online and had my script as a pdf on my phone and wouldn’t take me for my apointment because it simply wasn’t printed. Mind you he had a printer right next to him!! Horrible customer service!!!!

Great location BUT if your a guy watch out for Rose!… She was overheard saying such not nice comments about men… Seems like A scorned woman. Also seems like a practice in failing to acquire secondary insurance.

I love going QUEST Diagnostics for all my bloodwork. It is so easy to make an appointment from home and I am in and out so quickly. I usually make my appt. in the morning and can still get to work with time to spare. It is usually quick and painless and I get the results back by email with in a few days. I would recommend QUEST 100%

3 times I made an appointment with the code that was given, and 3 TIMES they told me this is not the code. Why have a system online when it doesn't work when you get there. Your system SUCKS!
