Horrible Hotel. Do not stay here, the room didn't have towels to shower, no hot water, TV barely worked with only 2 channels but extremely static. The parking lot is very dark. The bed was really hard.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my entire life let me tell you all about this. I have to staying at this hotel and spending over $3000 for three weeks. At this hotel I was badgered blamed and falsely accused of doing something I didn’t do and kicked out of the hotel by the manager Jared after he came up to my room and screamed at me in front of other patrons he screamed at me in front of his employees he screamed at me in front of my brother for something I didn’t do I say that this hotel for over a month and did not have any problems until Jared wrongfully accused me of damaging hotel property. I stayed in the room where room service did not clean my room every day I stayed in the room where I had to buy my own toilet tissue because they did not restock my toilet tissue I stayed in the room that had no phone so I could never get in touch with the front desk and they could never get in touch with me. Finally after cooling down after being wrongfully accused and screamed at and traumatized by Jarrett I finally check my bank account to see that Jared use my credit card and change the price of my hotel stay well he promised me a $99 host hotel stay and change it to a full price after he kicked me out of the hotel which is against the law. I intend on suing Jared personally and the hotel for my emotional distress as I did have to check into hospital after being traumatized badgered and almost abused by Jared. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my bank to dispute the charges and I’m also requesting that Jared call me and send me paperwork showing that I signed at the specific rate that he adjusted my credit card to and then took my hundred dollar security deposit to cover damages not caused by me and that caused to my room.

So I came here Two years ago for my birthday stayed Fri-Sun 10/27/21 . When I first arrived back then staff was welcoming. The bar and restaurant were open. The first room I had smelled of cigarettes and TV didn't work. No Microwave, No refrigerator. The Second Room I received was okay just no heat. Called someone but they never came for the price it was alright. I came back to this hotel just for one night for my Anniversary on 11/14/23 and it was okay. Long Story Short it's an okay hotel for the price. TVs are still outdated ( Not Smart , Choppy Channels) No microwave , No Refrigerator. Had to travel to the 5th floor for Ice the machines were broken on the 2nd floor. and the restaurant or bar weren't open. I had an issue in the beginning but Steven I believe was his name was very helpful. Again the hotel is outdated but if you're looking for like a place just to sleep it's pretty basic. I'll give it one more try in a few days because I have an event near by. Hopefully the bar is open and restaurant it's a Friday

690 / 5,000Translation resultsTranslation resultI had a very bad experience and the staff was very unprofessional. I found a hair on my pillow and I couldn't get into my room and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come to the reception and help me. The receptionist came in 45 minutes after being outside the hotel not knowing what was going on all he did was apologize. A few hours after we asked to speak to a manager but he was not available, we were promised a call from manager Jared Crocco to resolve the issue and he never contacted me or called me back, showing that management is also unprofessional. I hope no one else goes through this experience.

This place is horrid. The staff should be fired along with the manager and district manager. I can not believe Radisson would put their name on this hotel. It was dirty and smelled as you walked through the hallways. We would not sit in the chairs anywhere in the lobby. SMELLED, STAINED. Seriously, this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. Do not stay here.

No refrigerators, no microwaves no laundry room. You have to pay $15 for breakfast. The bar sucks…There’s only one restaurant across the street Applebee’s you gotta take your life in your own hands to cross the street. Nothing else around the only pizza company that deliveries Domino.

I was quite happy with my 2-night stay here. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was great. No issues with wifi. Lots of parking and located less than a 10 minute drive from the Brentwood train station that goes to downtown NYC. Good mini-fridge in the room, and a microwave in the common space. My thermostat was not working but that issue was resolved when I mentioned it to the front desk. One small issue was there was no shampoo supplied in the room (when I asked the maid she said she also had none at that time). Overall a good place to stay that I would recommend and stay at again.

We had a large block of rooms for a weekend soccer tournament. The place is okay and the location was right. The rate was low, which is why we booked here. While most things are okay, we had a problem with some items accidentally left in the room. Our mistake, but the way this is being handled by the hotel is just HORRIBLE. The team won the tournament and in the excitement forgot to go back and get the BRAND NEW gear that was left in the room. We called as soon as it was noticed missing (before 3pm). We got a total run-around from staff who could care less and weren't willing to check the room. This gear was bought by the team and was valued at several hundred dollars. We can't get an answer from anyone about where it is or what happened. The girls have called 8 or 10 times and I've personally called twice now and either got transferred to a number that was not answered, or to the GM voicemail without a callback. Things just don't disappear, at least not in well run hotels.Pay a little more and stay someplace safe without dishonest and unhelpful staff.Update: We received a call from the housekeeping director who found the items in lost and found. He was very polite and helpful. He had only gotten the message that morning, 7 days after we first called. He was great. The rest of the staff...

This place is awful. Stayed here 2 nights with my family recently. First night there was an all young girls soccer team that was allowed to scream and listen to music in the lobby untill 1130pm. They also ran and screamed up and down the halls early in the morning. When we complained we were told management was aware even though there was no management there. I was also not told that my room wouldn’t face the lobby. If i had known my window had a lobby view where people could see into my room i never would have picked that room. When we asked to switch we were told there were no other rooms. I was given a card with the managers number and email. Reached out while i was there and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. My floor smelled like feces, the heat did not work. 0 stars if i could.

Don't stay here! you'll have a better experience stlaying at a Holiday Inn Express or stay at the Hampton Inn.You hear Radisson and think luxury hotel. Maybe others but NOT this one! Heres the list:1-took an hour to check in (apparently they had computer issues (so we were told when we got to the desk) but never communicated this with the expanding check in line) 2-bed covers wrinkled, pulls not professionally made. And felt the springs. 3-bar area was nice but always had to look for the bar tender 4-for the amount of money you spend for the room would be nice to get a breakfast voucher and have access to coffee. small cup of coffee was $2.5-Checking out gave room number and was told you're good to go that's it. please stay away!

Hotel is in disrepair and severely outdated. None of the resident only side/back doors actually lock, so anyone can walk into the hotel whenever they like. The first room I walked into reeked of cigarette smoke, and the second we moved to had a rusted bathtub but was ok otherwise. Paint and carpets need to be redone in rooms and the main lobby is in desperate need of a face lift. I found this hotel to be very expensive for what was actually offered.Rooms: Rooms need to be updated, carpets and paint redone, bathtubs refinish to remove rust.Safety: Lack of safety - doors are always open to the public. Main doors have giant gaps under door so you can slide items under them.Food & drinks: No bartender or convenience store open when we were at the hotel.

Check in was friendly. Was taken back when we parked and there were some homeless in the parking lot in a van smoking MarijuanaGot to the room to find the sliding door doesn't lock , and the air conditioning doesn't work.. I'm currently in 153 at 4 am sweating been up since midnight. Has me thinking I wasted good money for a miserable time

Hotel appears on the verge of bankruptcy. It is well situated but in obvious decline and disrepair. We arrived after 3:00 pm but room wasn’t ready. Surly and disrespectful desk clerks. Room was filthy. Space for a mini fridge but no mini fridge. Some type of chocolate cake smeared on mirrored closet door. Maid obviously had no sight that day. Trim around bathroom has flaking paint. Tub is filthy a caulking missing or very dirty. Alarm clock broken. Ice and vending machines removed from floors. Hallway not vacuumed. Breakfast was a joke. Nice man could make eggs but he would not turn on all lights in dining area. Wasn’t romantic, just dark. Thermostat in room broken. Either freezing or too hot. Choice hotels and Radisson should be embarrassed to be associated with this dump. As I write this more deficiencies pop into my mind. We had maid service once. Highlight of service was to remove all soap and wash clothes from the room. Really! She removed all the soap. I was attracted to price. My mistake.Noteworthy details: Good location.

Hotel needs renovations, leaking roofs in lobby, smell of mold. The tub had rust, pealing caulking, faucet was loose. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels, twice even after they made up the room. The TV was terrible and you had to guess what the channels were. The thermostat was set to 90 when we arrived, but the room was probably 70. I tried to adjust the temp, but it was inoperable. There seems to be some homeless housing being provided as they frequently hung out by the back door, smoking cigarettes. The pool was open, but the deck had trash and broken pool equipment scattered. The hot tub was empty and didn't seem to have worked for a while. No I didn't report the problems to the front desk, as my experiences have been that it's useless.
