“When you need to rent a storage unit, ask for Michael. He’s knowledgeable, helps with understanding options, sizing, and gets a fair price. Happy to say I saved some money.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Pack Rat from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. Scheduling was easy, and the container was delivered right on time. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and secure, which gave me total peace of mind while packing.
What really stood out was the flexibility—being able to pack at my own pace made a huge difference compared to traditional moving services. Pickup and delivery were prompt, and everything arrived in perfect condition without a single issue.
Customer service was top-notch as well. The team was friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. Moving can be overwhelming, but this company made it incredibly simple and convenient.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free moving solution!”

“Just used them on Saturday, what a great overall experience. First, they called a few days before the move. They'd checked the weather and adjusted to come earlier to beat the rain and protect our stuff. Three professionals came and got right to work disassembling and packing our stuff. Then came to the new house and placed everything where we wanted it with care and concern. We had a house full of stuff and they didn't bat an eye. Even finished under the allotted time and got us in under estimate. I've used movers before, and this experience blows them out of the water. Money well spent, will use them again!”
