Wonderful customer service, used to own a Pretty Petz "Chloe" cat when I was a child. Reached out to the company to help me track down my favorite childhood toy, and they not only responded within the day, but went above and beyond to provide me with an image from their old cataloge way back in 2003. Shoutout to agent Joanne for her very kind well wishes on my search and gratitude for enjoying their product, she's an amazing employee! It's not often that you come across a company so passionate about the products they put out and so eager to help their customers regardless of the inane request that probably took time out of their day. Very happy to have them included on such an important chapter of my life. Would highly recommend their products!

When me and my friend walked into cvs today we laid eyes on the most beautiful mickey mouse magic marker coloring book we’ve ever seen. Our eyes lit up. We both immediately were brought back to being five and seeing how a seemingly clear marker turned pages into a rainbow of colors. We grabbed it holding it proudly throughout the store picking up cookies and chips along the way to fully sit down ready to go home and relive our childhood to the fullest. When we went to self check out little did we know this would be the worst $6 we have ever spent. Once we got home we set everything up, all the snacks, we put on the lorax and ripped the tape off our coloring book. taking off the cap to the market we could hardly hide our excitement as the first dot was pressed onto the paper. anger. this toy company had given us a purple marker. nothing about it was magic. just purple. they expected us to color every page in this book with ONE purple marker. we are FURIOUS. how can you even call yourself a toy company this is PREPOSTEROUS. don’t EVER buy from this toy company again THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU. i expect to get all my money back from this terrible purchase.

THIS IS THE WORST COLORING BOOK I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED $6. my friend and i were so excited when we saw a magic coloring book on the shelf in a cvs store. lost childhood memories were coming back to me, and i remembered all the good times i had with magic marker coloring books. science made that white marker rainbow and magical and i wanted to see its work again as a stressed 17 year old. we bought the minnie mouse magic reveal sticker fun pad with our cookies and ran back to school to color, eat and watch a movie before the concert. after getting the lorax set up, we took the coloring book out and quickly unboxed it. i grabbed that marker and started scribbling all over the page, hoping that i would see an array of colors. of course, i did not. it was the same basic purple shade over and over again. my friend had to get her own markers out to make the experience more colorful, and those did the job of revealing the hidden images in the pages. what a sham. never buy from the company unless you like disappointment. shame on you tara toy corp, shame on you. i expect a financial compensation within the next seven days. reply to this review as soon as you see it. thanks.

What 3year old can do the create it activity? Two frustrate people trying to figure it out. Finally saw the numbers but still not easy. Very disappointing.

Long story short: I just received a UPS package from Tara Toy Corp. I had no idea what it was, but my wife explained she contacted Tara Toy Corp about a toy our children received for Christmas that was malfunctioning. Come to find out, it had been about a decade since this toy was discontinued ?. No big deal, my wife said, thank you and goodbye! BUT their customer service rep went above and beyond. They really didn't have to send us that package but it was a really nice/kind gesture. Thank you!

I just called this company due to getting our son a Hot wheels 100 car case. This case DOES NOT FIT HOT WHEEL CARS! This case fits none hot wheel cars. An when we do put in the hot wheels cars in the slots provide they just fall out. I contacted customer service an the lady was COMPLETELY RUDE! When I told her the problem she said to me " well what do you want us to do about it?" I've never had to deal with a company so rude before. If you can avoid buying from them I would. I know I'm going to stay clear from this toy making company

We just gave our 7 yr. old birthday girl a Tara Toy, Disney Frozen Stick -on Styles light up bracelet activity. It doesn't light and the batteries can not be replaced. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
