“I ordered wheels and tires weighing 380lbs which were shipped by XPO logistics and transferred to Gio Express for home delivery. I called to schedule a delivery and they picked up the phone very quick. The woman who answered (Naomie) was very helpful and communicated with the xpo warehouse to locate the package for delivery within minutes and offered me delivery on the same day or at my best convenience! The driver was great as well and arrived within the time frame they originally quoted me + put the package exactly where I wanted. Highly recommend for oversized packages and would use Gio again.”
