Unprofessional and not a clue what they're doing. Almost left store in tears I was so frustrated. Do yourself a favor go to the Verizon on Smithtown Main street.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a phone store. I had an urgent issue with my phone and got there just prior to close. Marcus was incredibly professional and stayed after hours to help resolve my issue. He was very kind and would recommend him to anyone.

They are a ripoff and Verizon helps them to rip you off.almost a month and a half after the return .Verizon still charges me . Only a few months with Verizon and I switched four lines to a different provider .don’t use them and you will save yourself a lot of headaches and save a lot of money. I’m still fighting about my charges ? the answer below ? from Verizon is only for show. Don’t trust them.

Andrew was more than pleasant and more than smart.Took care of everything kindly and swiftly. Didn't charge me for a new remote...(they're usually $25.00!!)I asked him many questions about my phone (which is a Samsung 5G A71. They stopped making it 2 years after Samsung released it to the marketplace!)Ugh.ugh.ugh.Frustrating.And these phones ain't cheap!

Terrible. We upgraded our entire system and the tech left us without internet. Everything was working fine for 1/2 hour except our phone. Verizon fixed the phone and then our internet went out. Tech reported that when they fixed the phone, they somehow deleted all of our data, and then there was the infamous power outage. This was 10am this morning and still have no internet. Our network isn’t even showing up at all. No one cares we still have no service after a huge upgrade. Now I have another tech coming tomorrow and it might somehow cost me money?? How does that work? Beyond disappointed. What kind of customer service is this? And I had to call the tech, no one scheduled it for me. They just left us with no internet

The address is wrong. They are short staffed.I give Corp 1 Star, I give manager 5 stars for holding it all together, taking care of 3 customers in a timely fashion and letting me know he is sorry that there will a wait.
