Called on my way home from work to see if they had time for an estimate. Rob told me to come in anytime. Got there, he looked at it and was honest and told me my paint was fine and a lot of the scratches I thought I had would buff right out. The only problem I had was the dent. He recommended a paintless dent removal since it wasn’t too bad. He ended up taking my car in right away and had it looking as good as new in 30 minutes. And to my surprise, he didn’t even charge me for anything. Will definitely be back for any of my auto body needs. Thank you so much and appreciate the honesty!

Went there to get work since i got work done there before. Guy who spoke to me walked away mid conversation as if he had something better to do or as if i wasn’t going to get the work done. Didn’t feel attended to so i left and paid more somewhere else which i didn’t mind. Don’t ask too many questions i guess.

Amazing shop with great customer service. Highly recommend! They took my car right on the spot. They buffed out the scratches and I could barely tell anything had even happened. They also did this for me free of charge since it was a simple fix. If I ever have another body repair issue, they are the only shop I will be bringing my vehicles to.

I was sent to B&B Auto Body by the owner of the business where I get my car detailed. Once I found the shop, tucked behind a strip mall on Route 9W in Haverstraw NY, I could not have been more pleased. So, I was given an estimate that seemed quite fair and I agreed to get the work done. I then experienced 2 completely unexpected events. Scratches on 2 of the panels I was expecting to require painting were able to be buffed out, saving me $1000. A dishonest business would have simply done the painting, pocketed the $1000 and I would never have known. The second shock was that at the businesses expense they took my car down to the business that referred me to them and had my car detailed inside and out. Not to exaggerate, but the car they returned to me looked virtually showroom new.This is an incredible business run by professionals who are friendly, knowledgeable and skilled at their craft but who have that most important trait of all, honesty. While I hope that I don't require their services anytime soon, I will never use another auto body business again. If you need their skills, do not hesitate. Just dial their number and go..
