Last week I realized I need a car for few days. I went into Enterprise Rent A Car (Harvestraw branch) and found a very nice and welcoming staff who helped me get a good deal - the car I needed, for a good price. With the insurance they offered, I drove the Nissan Rouge for 4 days, without any problem, and it was a great experience. Chapeau for Enterprise. Waiting for the next time with you.

From the moment that Vinny picked me up I felt so comfortable !! He was such a sweetheart making sure I Remembered to take my items ( ez-pass ) and etc from my vehicle before heading to the rental agency. Upon getting there I got passed on to Patrick ( or Chris) the main manager who was SO amazingly nice !!! I really hope I got his name correct because he was the BEST ! So deserving of the manager position !! Upon dropping off my car Christian helped me get back to the auto body and was super cool !! I really hope im getting all the names right because the 3 men who helped me were sooo kind !! Highly recommend :)

Car was not cleaned...car I got has 50+ thousand miles. For 80 bucks a day you should at least get a clean car...inside and out.

I rented a car as an Allstate customer. They didn't have the cheapest car available so I had to wait 2 days for one to come in. Any other time I used this Enterprise, if the car I wanted wasn't available they gave the next better car in its place for the same price. The car was awful. For starters, the inspection EXPIRED in May (I rented it mid-July). The radio signal was no good most of the time. Every warning light where the speedometer is located sporadically went on. The tires needing air icon was on most of the time. And the car did not smell good either. Since I only had to pay approximately $6 per day I didn't return it. If I was paying for it completely out of pocket I would have brought it back immediately.
