These guys charged me $150 to change my oil on my old VW Rabbit. I changed it myself and found that they tightened the crankcase plug with an impact wrench, flattening the metal gasket. Ineeded a lage breaker bar to loosen it. They neglected to put a gasket on the oil filter, again overtightening it. They are expensive and do shoddy work. I'll never go back there.

These people are shot. Over tightening oil filters and replacing drain plugs. To everyone that works here, oil filters are supposed to be hand tightened…

I am extremely disappointed. I've been a loyal customer of Low Tor Quick Lube for the past 20 years. Recently, my 18-year-old son needed an oil change and inspection, so I sent him there, trusting that they wouldn't take advantage of him. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I was down the road when I called to check on him, I was immediately concerned when it was taking longer than it should and decided to mwet him there. By the time I arrived, they had put in a more expensive synthetic oil for his 2010 Honda Civic, claimed he needed to change a light, and said he didn't pass the inspection—But he still would need to pay for it. In the end, his bill came out to $140! I felt terrible for him. When I walked in, I noticed the staff watching us and laughing; one of them even commented to an other in Spanish, “Ha, he’ll still have to pay for it, too late.” After noticing my expression, one of them immediately closed the glass near the register to avoid me hearing any more. So, my son basically paid $140 just for an oil change on a 2010 Honda Civic! When I confronted the manager and asked why they used a premium oil for such an old vehicle, he claimed it was what my son requested. But my son had no idea what grade oil to ask for and trusted them to provide the right service. This place has turned into a total scam, and they’ve now lost two customers, including someone who has been loyal for over 20 years, all due to their dishonesty!
Don't trust them! I will never recommend anyone there again.
SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A TEENAGER!!!
And I know they are REQUIRED to inspect his car at no additional charger within 30 days of the apparent inspection failure... I'm concerned they did something to fail the car it so they could charge him to repair it. They didn't know we have a mechanic in the family. That had just checked the car two days earlier!!!
DON'T TRUST THEM!!

On Sunday, 5/19 I brought my 2022 VW Taos in for a routine oil change. I notice by Tuesday, 5/21 that it was leaking oil. I brought it back in on Wednesday, 5/22 and I was told the issue was fixed. But it wasn’t fixed, because by 9pm I was leaking oil again. I called first thing Thursday morning and was told to bring it in. I brought it back in yesterday, and this time I was told it was leaking power steering fluid! My car has 20k miles on it … I was told by an employee that it would be covered under warranty at VW so I should bring it there to be fixed. As I was pulling out of the garage one employee gave me a snide “Good luck”. I immediately called VW and I went in today at 1:30pm and told them I have a power steering leak. Guess what … no I don’t. YOU striped the plug to my oil pan and now I have a leak. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. If you want your car serviced correctly and by honest individuals I would avoid this place at all costs.

They don't think about the customers, only that they can sell you for an oil change and a filter for $125. In addition, they put useless oil in my car and I had to change it again because some lights came on after I went to this place.
