I had a fantastic buying experience at Audi Hawthorne! I was working with Peterson from a few hours away on a very specific car. He was more than helpful, no pressure added and a delight to work with. Once I got to the dealership, Tim and Jason were also phenomenal. I would drive 7 hours on a heartbeat to work with this team again. They are all a class act and wonderful to deal with.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2017 BMW X5 from Audi of Hawthorne, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Nicolas and Jason. We got a new Audi here a few months ago and overall the process was fairly straightforward, with no really tricks or high-pressure tactics for things we didn't want.We were able to get a decent deal on the A3 we wanted, which was a nice surprise because at the time, there were not many models with Quattro available at any of the nearby dealerships. We looked at the car and made a decision to buy it on a Saturday. We put down a deposit and agreed to come back the following week to pick it up after we sent the funds to complete the purchase.When we came to pick it up, we did have to sit the through a few sales pitches for all the BS that nobody wants but is pure margin for the dealer, but luckily we were able to press "fast forward" with the finance guy so we weren't trapped there for eternity. I will say that part took much longer than when we got our previous two Audis at Audi Huntington and Audi Danbury, so that knocks it down a star.The only other knock is that we were forced to purchase Nitrofill for the tires for $399. Since we got a good deal on the car, I just chalked it up to "dealer markup" and didn't push it because they said the tires already had the nitrogen fill and there was no way to decline it. That didn't help us when we got a flat tire (also, the tool to take off the plastic lug caps wasn't in our tool kit, which was a major pain in the butt) but overall, not a huge issue.Overall the process was good, so don't want to discourage business but I wouldn't go back due to the BS nitrogen fill on the tires.

John C. says--Audi Hawthorne/Buyer BewareIn early June I decided to buy an SUV for my partner. We checked out all the popular names. But she had difficulty finding the right combination of size and power. I mentioned to my local mechanic that I was considering buying a used Audi SUV for my partner. He advised that if I bought a used German car "make sure it's certified." My son was driving an Audi Q5 and a Grandson had moved up from an A3 to an A5 from Audi New Rochelle. I was impressed and I finally convinced her to test drive an Audi Q5. My nearest dealer was Audi Hawthorne. I found a "Certified" 2020 Q5 with under 18,000 miles. She test drove it and loved it. On June 14th I sent them a certified check. On June 15 they wrote up the contract. When I raised the question of extended CPO warranty I was directed to talk to the financial manager. Dominique Denis. He said we didn't qualify for the extended warranty since we still had 2 months left on the original warranty. He lied. After running a CarFax we discovered we had 11 months remaining on the warranty. He pressured us to sign up for an extended warranty and tire and wheel package costing over $6900 which he claimed we could not get unless we signed and paid for it before leaving the premises. When I realized that we were probably only driving about 3000 miles a year I decided to cancel the warranties. On July 6th we visited Dominique and asked him to cancel both extended warranties. He said "no problem" and had my partner sign a cancellation form. He didn't mention the tire and wheel package had a non-cancellation clause. He did tell us that it would take 7 weeks to get the refund. When I called Dominique 7 weeks later he said he would contact his finance department and call me back. When I did not receive a call back I finally got in touch directly with VWFS Protection Services they informed me they were never contacted to cancel the contract. They sent me a cancellation form. I must fill it out, send it to VWFS. They then send it to the dealer who will process it. Dealer will issue refund to customer. It was then I read about others who experienced deceptive practices If you deal with these people get a written receipt for every transaction. I am awaiting response to my registered mail with completed cancellation form and documentation.Update: VWFS sent me a letter informing me they cancelled the plan as of 7/06/23. I waited 7 weeks and contacted VWFS and discovered they sent full refund to Audi Hawthorne on August 29th. On Oct. 16th I received a check for $3891.19. It seems Audi Hawthorne took a $100 cancellation fee although there was a clause that said no cancellation fee if cancelled within 30 days plus they charged me for 11 weeks of coverage even though I requested cancellation after 3 weeks. I had to figure this out myself because they never gave a breakdown of charges.Add to this: I had 11 months to go on the bumper to bumper warranty yet they wrote the extended warranty, which had a $250.00 deductible, to run concurrently. Does that make sense? I won't pursue this further. It's not worth the time.Although they screwed me out of over $300 they'll lose out in the long run. I had no problem with Rich in service . But I will be taking my business elsewhere. And hopefully I'll save some others from anxieties and agravation.

My entire experience at Audi of Hawthorne was extremely positive. My salesperson Armon was 100% professional. No pressure and a delight to deal with. He was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. Tim the sales manager and Denis, business manager were also most accommodating making the buying process smooth and simple. I had the pleasure of meeting George in the service dept who was also top notch.I’m thankful to have found this Audi dealership

We really enjoyed working with Audi Hawthorne! Nic, Jason, Tim, and Rich were all a pleasure to work with. There was even an issue with the navigation/entertainment system (we discussed it prior to purchasing) and they fully intended on fixing it, however, we were not able to stay in town long enough for the part to come in, so they actually worked with another dealership closer to us in SC to cover the repair! Great dealership to work with, and we love our new car!!

Went to Audi Hawthorne to get a Q5 and my time there was seamless and easy. They really want you to get the best price possible according to your budget and I dealt with Yasmin and Aniello. This Audi dealership was the only location that understood my price range and which vehicle I wanted. I will definitely stick with this location in the future!

Horrible service the secretary for service ( female voice who answers the phone with an attitude) has zero idea what is going on.. she rescheduled my appointment twice within one month and I deliberately asked for a loaner car then called to confirm in the morning and arrived to Audi and of course no loaner cars available. Audi needs to hold themselves to a higher standard this is unacceptable.

I recently bought an A5 from Audi Hawthorne. I spoke to several Audi dealerships around the tri-state area about trading in my A4 and purchasing an A5. I decided to buy from Mark Ferguson, becuase he was straight forward and patient with me throughout the whole purchasing process. Mark was also able to match the best price I got from the other Audi dealerships I spoke to. I highly recommend Audi Hawthorne and ask for Mark Ferguson

We financed a Q3 from Audi Hawthorne. The business manager Dominique Denis fraudulently added Audi care and Audi term for a total of $6600. He never offered it to us, did not mention a word on the extras. He had us sign a hard copy of the contract that did not show the added charges. Then he had us sign on the iPad and it was blank with just signature lines and nothing else. We questioned him what we were signing and he said just the same as the hard copy. Unbeknownst to us, he tricked us into signing for the hidden extras. He also lied about the nitro fill tires saying we have no choice and that there's no extra fee. Another lie because there was an extra fee of $600. We asked him then why do we need to sign, he said it's just so we are aware that the tires are nitro fill. We asked what does that mean and he didn't answer us. Dominique was rude and rushing us, barely spoke to us. We asked for a copy of all the paperwork and conveniently the bill of sale was missing. I called that day and everyday after asking for the bill if sale. It took almost 2 weeks for them to send it to me. That's when we realized how Dominique Denis fraudulently had us sign. I spoke to the GM, Jason Lee who was also rude and condescending and untruthful. I called Audi customer care and they refunded the money back to the bank after 3 months but we are traumatize from this ordeal. Jason Lee was not genuine and has poor customer service skills. Apparently they condone fraud because there was no recourse or action taken for tricking a mom and daughter into signing for something they were not made aware of. We asked for something to compensate for all our troubles and not being able to correct the loan, Jason offered a free car wash or oil change to try to make us go away. Sending us an exaggerated price that the car wash sells for $799.99. We told him we refuse to step into that dealership and the compensation should be a check. Take our advice, stay away from Audi Hawthorne, especially if you are a female.

I would just like to thank Craig and Jason at Audi Hawthorne for a very easy, honest, and pleasurable car buying experience. I had to travel a bit to get this vehicle and it was well worth the effort. Craig was direct and forthright during the entire transaction. Jason was exactly the same. That was very much appreciated. Moreover, both were always very responsive to any calls or emails. That too was appreciated. If you are looking for a no-nonsense, no pressure and personalized experience find Craig and Jason at Audi Hawthorne. They are worth it. I would purchase from them again in an instant.
