“This is the second time that my wife has brought a car to Deiana’s Custom Collision. The first time, she had a 15-year-old car that has now been replaced by a newer model. While adjusting to the newer, larger car, she scraped the front and slightly dislocated a front panel. After showing the damage to Steve, he scheduled an appointment for the following week. Since we live a half hour away, he said that she could wait while the work was being done, eliminating the need for a second trip. The car looks like new again and we couldn’t be more pleased! There are numerous body shops closer to our home, but the trip to Deiana's was well worth it, taking into account the workmanship and consideration we were shown.”

From when I first brought the car into their lot, Frank was helpful, understanding, and explained everything. He worked with the insurance company to get the repairs needed. “A great experience here! Had my car inspected, just moved here and needed it for registration. Issues with my car and Rob and Dalton were so helpful, gave me sound advice on what to do. I need a new car and they gave me suggestions about different minivans! After all they did for inspection did not charge me since my car had issues !

“Our go-to body shop! A few years ago I took a Subaru Impreza off the beaten track for some fun and ripped the front bumper off. Within a few days they had ordered, painted, and installed a new front bumper on my Impreza perfectly! Recently I upgraded to a Ford Explorer with a cracked front fender flare - they glued the flare in place and temporarily taped it up for me within 10 minutes of me pulling into the shop without an appointment! Great, friendly service and always a proper job. Highly recommended!”

After her car was scratched and the fender was slightly bent out of place from street parking, she received repairing estimations from several auto body shops in the area, and Bert’s Auto Body gave us the most reasonable price.
In particular, Charlie was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about car parts from more modern cars like my wife's to old vintage cars. Charlie had the experience and expertise to get repairing done in 3 days (the quick service time saved us money on rental car). Now the car looks as good as new to my family!”

“We had a screw in a tire. Someone came to our hotel to put air in it and then we followed him to his shop and he took out the screw and put a plug in it. He did this as soon as I called him and it only took about 15 minutes total!!! I highly recommend!!!!!”
