Dykes Lumber Company has been supplying the tri-state area with unique mouldings and building materials for over 100 years. They offer a wide range of products, including lumber, plywood, decking, doors, and more. Customers appreciate the courteous and patient staff, who provide exceptional knowledge and service. Many believe Dykes outshines big box stores like Home Depot and Lowe's, especially in lumber quality. However, some recent experiences noted issues with the condition of certain plywood. Overall, Dykes is recognized for its extensive selection and helpful service.

This is a contractors first place...if consumer, come after lunch. They are a real lumber yard, not like HD or Lowe's. Don't expect hand holding, so try to know what you want before getting to counter. Not cheap, but if you need fine lumber, it's worth it.
