Worst company ever. 7 different reps blatantly lied..another 6 hung up..scheduled delivery for tomorrow or to be called 10 minutes later to say med out of stock...horrible service, just nothing but liars. Do not recommend.

It was literally never not a hassle to have my mother's prescription filled. Every 3 months without fail involved multiple calls between this terrible pharmacy and the doctor's office trying to schedule a delivery. Then they had the audacity to close my mother's account with no notice. Good riddance.

Worst service I ever experienced.Stay away from that by all meansUse all your efforts to find a different specialty Pharmacy. There are other pharmacies that can provide your specialty medications.

Horrible, spend hours per month. They place you on hold for 45-50 min. No help. No prescription. No manager to talk with. Never seen anything like it.

Completely unreliable pharmacy for "specialty" medications. Numerous times they'll move the shipping date without my knowledge so that I often go without a life-saving medication for several days, even though I scheduled delivery just so I wouldn't run out of it. I repeatedly request that the shipper (they use FedEx) deliver to my apartment door (my building has no doorman) because packages get stolen or opened often. They have never done so; hence my medication's been stolen several times. I specifically schedule delivery for a day when I'm home so I can get it right away, and they'll deliver it the day before. Awful service!!!

By far the most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with..Over a year ago my insurance told me I would have to start filling my prescription with them.. I called and attempted to do so but every time I called I spoke to a different person..They said they needed to check with my insurance and so forth and get approval from the my doctor..Once my Doctor gave the approval and they got the insurance information needed they still didn’t fill the prescription due to needing more information..This went on for weeks to the point I started using the original pharmacy that filled my prescription..Today a full year later I get a call from them saying I have a copay because a delivery was made! Not once did I authorize the delivery or speak to anyone from the pharmacy since their last debacle! Avoid this pharmacy at all cost! I’d give them 0 stars if I could!

The worst specialty pharmacy in creation. I called them twice today. Each time I was put on prolonged hold. Each time the representative got back on the line, said they were transferring me to another department, and then disconnected me. Twice.

Takes a lifetime to get my prescription refilled and they ALWAYS try to charge me the full out of pocket amount for my medicine, even though I provide them with a coupon code every month. It is the single most exhausting task I have to complete every month.

Horrible customer service. I was on hold for over 40 minutes and in the end the answering service kicked me out stating they can't take my call right now. It's like a factory, not a pharmaceutical company. They are so disorganized and understaffed all the time.

No loading dock. No signs whatsoever to tell you the location of this acariahealth place. Not a good place for truck drivers.
