“I started using Mitchell after the family-owned firm I used for years was purchased by a bigger conglomerate. Mitchell has been great. From day one it was apparent that the people from the company truly cared about treating their customers well. Every subsequent interaction with them has always left me satisfied I was treated fairly and honestly. I recently upgraded my home cooling system with them and it went amazingly smoothly. I’d recommend them to anybody.”
“Ossining on the Briarcliff side have minimal store/gas stations and this place is home raised and you can tell by how they take care of there clients. i thought i left something and they went out their way to review the camera. later on i found out that it fell out in my trunk, which was a relief but just to know that they're willing to go through video to help me is so sincere and kind. Great local shop for your home needs and great price on gas. Thank you JFL”

“I have been a Paraco customer for several years through the Hudson Valley fuel buying cooperative. I was away and I received both texts and emails that due to the snow on my driveway they couldn’t make a scheduled delivery. I arranged to have my driveway and parking area cleared better and salted and arranged for a delivery. The delivery came the next day and as my tank is located on a grassy area 40 feet or so from my driveway, a clear path though my lawn to the tank was not shoveled ( I have never had to have the entire pathway over my lawn shoveled before).
The driver made it up my driveway and then saw that the tank was not easily accessible as there was still snow covering my lawn from the recent large storms. The driver made the delivery even though it was difficult and above and beyond what he expected to encounter. Customer service was excellent and their driver is to be commended.”

“As a new homeowner, I had very limited knowledge of oil heating systems and how they operate or how oil contracts work. Speaking with Bob was an absolute pleasure he was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally clear in explaining everything to me. Rather than using confusing technical terms or making assumptions about what I already knew, Bob took the time to explain the information in an understandable and straightforward way. He answered my questions and carefully review my options, I truly appreciate the time Bob took to assist me and the professionalism he demonstrated throughout our conversation. Thank you Bobby C ( Bob)”
